There have been many times we have seen him get his organs taken out, have his skin peeled off, heck there was one episode, where Stan and Francine were trying to put him back together and his head was detached from his body. We have seen him fall off of cliffs, get shot, stabbed, poisoned, beaten to a pulp, ran over, and as I mentioned before, had his organs removed, and has been decapitated and is still alive. Not only that, but he is I believe well over a 1000 years old, at this point I don't even understand why he is afraid of being experimented on, he is tough enough to survive an apocalypse causing nuclear explosion (from point-blank) and has many bodily functions that could either kill, harm, charm or even entrance the government if they actually did find a way to kill him. I mean all he would have to do is poop and he would have the entire CIA preoccupied more at looking at his poop and trying to kill each other over the right to own it rather than trying to experiment on him.
