So healthy and delicious. Really- you’ve got one of the very best channels and your recipes are fantastic!

Ooooh ooohhh beautiful seafood 💗 I love fresh mussels so much but they are bit harder to find around my area. When I was in South Africa you can just go and pick your own from the rocks. There were so many and boy did they stuck to them rocks hard. I would love to taste that and yes got to have some bread to soak up the juices Yum Yum 👍😋👋

Fantastic recipe Senor. Only thing I am feeling a little uncertain about is whether it would be a good idea to cook the shrimp and the fish for 5-6 minutes. Shouldn't we add the mussels first and then add the shrimp and the fish after like 3 minutes? We can take care of the plating (spooning up the mussels on top) after the dish is cooked
Looks really tasty. What would you serve this with for a main meal please? Would it just be bread to mop up all those lovely juices or could you add something else?

Hi when you buy Fresh Mussels and De Beard them the soak them Either in Corn or Flour so that they spit out any Sand this is what I was told and have seen recipes where the have done this to the Fresh Mussels so you don"t clean your Mussels any further I always clean mine this way so what ever dishes you make Won't taste like Sand in your sauce or soup dish that will lay at the bottom of your dish but Thanks for a great dish.
I tried one of your dish requiring saffron (the saffron I used were not the brand you recommended, but still it was a pricy brand) and I notice a choline smell coming from the dish. Is it suppose to smell like that?

I can't get fresh mussels in Michigan.
Is the dish mildly spicy? I like spicy but friends and family don’t. Can I make it with sweet paprika vs. hot?
It is mildly spicy, nothing over the top, much love :)

Here in Spain we eat this as is, next to a crusty baguette, but you can totally serve this next to some white rice :) much love
