Thanks for this, I have a tendency to forget about eggs when boiling them in a pan and they often boil dry, the pkp way is so easy, I will always cook eggs this way now.
Hi Sammie, love your videos,so natural and as you said not scripted, that's what makes them so good, just a normal young girl trying out recipes,do you know if it is possible to do soft boiled eggs in the PKP
I love cooking eggs in the PKP, how many times I have put them on the hob and walked away to do other things and forgotten them one lot exploded and ended up on the ceiling lol. I never have with this method oxox
I'm having an issue with the pressure release valve. Even though it's in the closed position, it still hisses steam out of it until I jiggle it a bit. Not really a problem if I'm in, but it's a concern if I have it on delayed. Any suggestions?
Get it repaired or replaced by High Street TV if that's your vendor... all goods sold in the UK come with a 12-month warranty against defective manufacture or materials, and your local council has a trading standards office you can talk to. Gina Gallagher from your Facebook page here recently bought a three litre and would love a steam basket for it as I boil a lot of eggs every week and would love to try other recipes to x
Does anyone know how to get a decent soft boiled egg from the PKP 6L? I've tried mine on the steam setting for one minute only but they are still half hard boiled.
Love the pkp concept ie quick cooking👌 but I can’t understand why you are waiting 12-15 mins to boil an egg in it when a pan of water and 2/3 mins is all that’s required🤔
thank you for your comment, I'm just showing different methods for people who like to cook using their machine. :) will update the group with your feedback and will be taking it on board :)
Easy peasy: I’ve just tried this and the eggs come out fab! So much easier than in a saucepan. Thank you
I did 2 eggs steam 4 mins and quick release, turned out perfect! Yolk hard, try 3 mins for runny. (5Ltr PKP)
Just following your method now Sammie- thanks for being clear. New to using my PKP. X

Fill To miminium , put eggs in and cook for 4 minuets on steam , then release by lifting the valve , ready to eat in 4 minuets , instead of 12 ....

Sammiie's Pressure King Recipe's stew
I have the 5l version, but, I think I'll stay with the traditional method. Over 15 minutes to boil an egg? Get Real
Boiled eggs in a pan of water surely less faff and quicker?
Ronald Schrevel maybe but I’m showing the versatility of the machine.
