Love fhe material of the KTCHN bag i have. I agree with your take on the shoe bag. I took it off and just carry it seprate now. Also with the shoe bag attached it became quite difficult to fully open the bag (because i would have to tighten the straps of the bag to minimize the flop over you described). If your a minimilast and dont carry much, as an everyday bag it is fantastic. It would get very cramped with a large towel, 4 paddles, overgrips and 3 balls on each side. While that doesn't sound like a lot. It's exactly what the bag sk designed for and it still feels a little cramped. Especially when stuff gets to the bottom of the bag. It's almost very hard to access them. I still get a ton of comments on the aesthetics of the bag because it does look sharp!
Your comments about how quickly the volume gets taken up on the KTCHN by paddles and balls is spot on. Despite how slick the bag is otherwise, I ended up returning mine for this very reason.
I've found that for me, I just need storage for smaller items. So I bought a peak design tech bag, secure it to the front, and I love it. The black peak design matches well.
Love the new color for the Ktchn bag! I have the black version but it gets abit warm out on the courts). You are spot on for the pros and cons. Also the zipper tassles rip easily but I very much enjoy the bag.
I hope you get a chance to check out the Doubletake backpack. Its smaller than the ADV backpack. I find it to be perfect and the build is worth the $$.
Great video but man, those are some premium priced bags!! Wow, i think I’ll be sticking with my Burton backpack for a few more years till I can get the budget for a super nice bag like those.
Idk if it released yet but Tactician if you like tacky, Supreme if you need a bit more cushion and sweat absorption, Ultimate if you like a bit of everything, and dry for best absorption. Ultimate is my fav
There’s no internal sneaker space for the KTCHN bag which utilizes that external bag. Both ADV bags have pockets for shoes on the bottom that take up space in the main compartment

I reached out to KTCHN and they sent me replacement pull tabs that don’t rip as easy. Free of charge
