I sent my switch (with modchip) for repair after it is experiencing blue screen. Replacing the modchip fix it but now the console would not boot up after restart or sleep mode - hard reset is needed for it to boot again. Currently, the repair man will try replacing the charging port and/or the "BQ AT M92" if that would resolve the issue. Would like to know your opinion/guess to what causes this issue?

You need to check for the fuse count inside hekate. If it can be charged then the USB port is fine (double-side-charging means the USB port is fine and the M92 is fine). But I dont know other components.
