I remember Loom having anti piracy copy protection so the red sheet thing for Loom would be to enter a password to prove that you had a legit copy. This was what we had before online DRM.

Turns out that the LOOM game is also on that USB stick so you don't need the CD to play :D

I bought that Flashback for one game also: Fix It Felix, Jr. But then I got the AtGames Legends Gamer Pro, which also has it, so I sold it.

I also have the exact same 100 Flashback console. Emulation has been surprisingly good for the company.
As it happens, we have been playing the "professor game" (Tetris plus 2) a lot. My partner is a Professor of Mathematics and we've had some hectic moments trying the keep the absent-minded professor from climbing into the spiked ceiling 😀
So nice to see this game approached from a more historical angle by you 😊
100 Games Legends Flashback looks cool. I need a Neo Geo Pocket Attachment for my Analogue Pocket! Also did not know there was an Atari Lynx attachment for it too! Analogue Pocket Rocks! Now I just bide my time. Thanks for the Retro Break!

I can't believe someone else loves Tetris Plus 2 as much as I do. 🙂 I always loved to play it on mame since decades. Nice to see that it finally has been revived, it's really worthy. Thanks a lot for sharing this magical moment.

I was sent the wrong Shante game years ago so it's a very Limited Run thing to have the wrong game sent! Though I had to send mine back lol
Man I remember these being at my local dollar store for $50 each and they weren’t bad either for a kid to play some video games
It's a pretty excellent device. Hit and miss with the games as with any other plug and play devices. Games run super smooth as well despite AtGames prior reputation.

I got this console for a gift 3 or so plus years ago. Someone got it for me for a Christmas gift. It has some decent games on it. Heard about Trip World the other day and modded it on my mini system.
Would love for you to make a video on the latest update to the RedDragon Virtual Boy emulator on 3DS. In my opinion it is now the definitive way to play Virtual Boy games, especially great ones like Wario Land.
This is the best console ever you can rewind roms and add games on sd card
The rewind function is unbelievably good. Smoothest experience AtGames have ever done and hardly anyone knows about this product.
You can add 2600 7800 nes sms gebesis snes etc on sd card it'll rewind games etc
Sms games don't show up on the SD card but Sega CD games do run in bin/cue format if you put the bios file on the SD card too
Where did you get the Flashback Legends console? So many sites really inflate the price.

Try a company called Fun box Media. They may still have it buried away in a menu on their website.
I don't think I've played that version of Tetris. Have you played The New Tetris on the N64?
I bought a 12 dollar Gameboy clone and has a ton of games on it and lots of different Tetris games as well I bought it because it has Mario land 1 and 2 and Mario land games both in the black and white versions and color too. Some of those bootleg consoles have hidden gem games now this one like alot don't run Gameboy advance well but that's ok I just bought for the Mario world games also has Mario All Stars and deluxe so I'm happy with it really happy it was so cheap.

AtGames really did a good job on this by getting a smooth emulation, rewind and licensing from Lucas Arts and Disney for some of the big games on it.
The only question is whether someone likes the games on it or not. A lot of them are unknown and lesser known games so won't be for everyone. The U S version comes in a 50 game and 100 game versions and features Mega Man and Street Fighter 2 but the U K version loses these Capcom games and replaced them with some other lesser known games. Still an excellent device to have though.

Tetris helps Nintendo sell almost a billion game boys or something like that I wonder how many games this one is going to sell for this company probably at least a couple million.

first time i heard anyone praise an at-games product. couldn't believe it, i had to rewind the video lol.
The rewind function on that Flashback Legends product is unbelievably good. AtGames at their best. The game lineup isn't the best though even though there's a few obscure oddities on it that are enjoyable enough to play. Well worth the low asking price.
Obviously they can't just copy a snes or a mega drive, but they should at least come up with some sort of pretend console design! 😂
They don't even deserve one of those "Gold Star - You Tried" stickers 😅
It's a reworking of the same mold they used for their AtGames Mega Drive plug and play devices from a few years past. It also resembles a certain Roku set top box as it's essentially the same design from the same factory in the far east in all probability.
