Use E6000 Glue meant for jewelry not tape! You need 18 - 16 Gauge wire for such heavy cabs, not 20 G. This is not a scrapbook class, it is jewelry. The stone cabs are going to fall off if you use tape to secure them.
I think the cabochons might be to big for rings www.etsy.com/shop/RanchmadecraftsXOXO Avalynn Clark from HavenJewerly/Ranchmadecrafts www.etsy.com/shop/Ranchmadecrafts
I noticed the ring you’re wearing on your right hand did you make that and does it have four holes on the top? Where can I get a bead like that? If there’s a video on you making that could you please send it to me thank you?
i'm going to add the bead fix adhesive tape to my supplies. i have never heard of it before, it will give life to some cabachons that i did not know what to do with! who knew?? jewel school, thats who! lol!
Hi Judy! These are Bead fix squares from Beadalon. A quick internet search will lead you to the specific ones. Also, you can use Bead fix gel that is included in this kit: www.jtv.com/product/beadalon-tm-glue-and-adhesive-kit-includes-2-part-epoxy-beadfix-beadfix-gel-bead-stringing-glue/JSKIT0923?mcid=XSOjsyt
Where do you get that adhesive tape. I couldn't find it. Please help ty. I've looked from Amazon. Joan Ann's, I can't find the bead fixed squares anywhere
These are "bead fix squares" by Beadalon. A quick internet search for that term will get you to a link for purchase. They are super inexpensive. You can use their bead fix glue for attaching the bail.
Hi! You can buy flat wire and then use a metal hammer or other texture forming tools to pattern it. Stamping works well for this too. www.jtv.com/product/artistic-flat-wire-in-copper-tone-appx-0-75x5mm-in-diameter-appx-3-total/BDW060E?mcid=XSOjsyt
Hey Nana! These are 8 3-piece strips of BeadFix adhesive squares from Beadalon(tnm), but the kit is currently sold out and we hope to have it back in soon. We do have some BeadFix gel in another kit that should also work. Here's the link and the tutorial for this project is also good! www.jtv.com/product/top-jewelry-making-techniques-101-stretch-cord-bracelets/JSYT05?N=4024984634 A quick google search for BeadFix should also get you what you need!

Hi Greta! The benefit of using cabochons is their flat base, while beads are typically rounded with drill holes. You could in theory use beads in a similar way, but they wouldn’t have that flat, stable base to lie against the metal or other materials.
why not show how to use the wire shapes to use as base for wire wrap, i did see in a bead mag how to weave the sides of the base and stone to secure the stone but thanks for info.
Hello! I sometimes file small grooves in the edges of the stone to "capture" the wire as I wrap around the stones. This is not always necessary but can help with the slippery rounds and ovals.
Yes! The supplies you need are in this kit: www.jtv.com/product/designing-with-cabochons-jewelry-making-supply-kit-in-gold-tone--for-making-pendants-and-bracelets/JSYT25B?XSOjsyt
What you DIDN’T say is that the wire bail is balanced on tip tip of that stone and can slide to either side really easily so will free the stone. If people are following that wrap demo to make things to wear it’s not going to end well
So in love with your channel. Thank you for showing us these different ideas and making them so easy.
Love your tutorials. You explain things so easy.
Susan u r my new super Hero! Thanks for great tips.
Awesome! I'd not heard of jewelry glue strips nor patterned wire for cuffs. Quick and easy. Thanks!
the way you wrapped the cuff bracelet is like the way you wrap a ring, a GIANT ring!

Can you make a ring using the cabachons and the materials you bent to make the bracelet. I am into rings and would love to see that made.

hii what is the backround music used in this video?
Love this! Is there any way to make a more complex wire wrap and wire wrap bail?
Many, many, many ways

Hi! Both sets of wire used in the video are 20 gauge wires.
Thanks for the video! ❤️
Thanks for watching, Carol!
That’s such a cool ring on your middle finger ~ did you make that? Is it copper?
New subscriber here 🙋🏽♀️ just want to know where i could get those gems.?? Looking forward for more videos 🙏
Hey! So glad you're here! We get all our gemstones at Jewel School here: www.jtv.com/gemstones/_/N-99098431

Belle pietre ma come si può arrivare x comperarle
1k like! 🙋🏽♀️ I have some stones I want to cage. This is such a good idea!!!

you can use the wire to wrap around and around it until it is firm and not moving
that is so cool
Loved the video. But it was kinda hard to see because it seemed very washed out.
Put the video on full screen you can see it better
thank you for sharing these great ideas! Sadly the videos are a little out of focus, was hard to really see details.
That little paper stick-on would never hold.
I solder cabachons!
I have to disagree with the it doesn't matter what the back looks like statement IT MATTERS!
You mean, the lazy way to wrap a cabachon, right? 😂😂😂
