- In this video I'm showing step by step on how to retrofit Bi-LED Projectors in Ford Focus MK3.5 base headlights to look like Ford Focus RS xenon headlights. The LED are actually brighter than OEM ST xenon headlights.

Nice and clean. Good job!
Nicely done dude 👍🏻
Excelente saludos desde México
Do you have a kit for a 2017 ford fiesta se I'd like to do g5r bi xenon projectors and possibly HIGH BEAM: PROFILE HI-LENS 2.0 LED for extra high beams.
@GRC Lights also how do you get that reflective coating?
@GRC Lights what if my headlights are glass?
Where can I get the reflector/projector assembly?
Where did you get that conversion kit?
What shroud did you use?
Where can I get this kit?
I felt that when u burnt your hand on the glue
Do you take orders?
Hello, do you have a projector that would fit the 2016 ford focus st1 headlights (same halogen but with drl strip)?
Did you ever get this done? I’m trying to figure it out rn
@@boriscortezjr3101 Yes, I contacted him on Facebook and bought the assembly from him. Then I retrofitted them on my own and got the same result as he did in the video.
What Bi-LED projector are you using and what is the price? Will this fit a 2013 (MK II) Focus? THANKS!
Did you ever get it done? I’m trying to do it right now. Thanks!
Is high beam reflector housing useless because the projector is used for both low and high beams?
The high beam can still be used in addition to the projector high beam for more light, which is a GOOD thing!
So why doesnt this work with the ST model headlights that have the DRL strip? I really want these in my ST
The stage 1 ST headlights come with DRL which is a little different shape due to DRLs, but I did retrofit the ST version headlights with exactly the same look, just made to fit ST stage 1 headlights. If interested contact me at info@grclights.com
nice job looks like OEM, but dose it fit the headlights that have an electronic level adjuster?
Yes, it should fit. Here in US we don't have auto leveling on Focus headlights, but looking at EU headlight pictures the mounting point are exactly the same.
perfect, another question, can I get only the reflector without the projector? because I’d like to install a different projector and how much it would cost with shipping to Middle East
@@mesh_alg Sure, contact me at info@grclights.com
waldpl thanks for confirming that, but isn’t it heavy on the leveler dynamo? I mean the projector
@G1zm0 I'm working on it. It will be done this week. I'll send you the link when ready.
Hi, where did you buy the white clips to mount the new parable?
White reflector assembly clips came with the kit. They are different from OEM headlights, at least the US version headlights.
Ok, thanks.
Why is it not compatible with drl led lights?
@@ruggerospiriticchio4390 The high beam section is smaller, small dip on top, to fit the DRL. I do have exact set like in the video to fit headlights with DRL.
I completed the retrofit even on a lighthouse with DRL by slightly modifying the projector, filing it up high in the high beam section. The original permaseal is really hard to remove 😡😡, I lost a lot of time to open the lighthouse. 😪
What is the canbus model?
Not sure, but it works with Focus system.
Okay but what’s the name of the projector you used
At the time when the video was made I used iLens V2, now I use Aozoom A4 LED projectors.
What if we put it in oven
Yes you can, check my How to Open Ford F150 headlight.

Words cannot describe how much of a fucker that adhesive is to get off. Previous owner of mine added about 3x as much as well. Currently sweating my tits off getting it all out
Dont use that seal tape if you live in a country it gets hot, goes really soft in the heat and can almost drip
Care to do mine for me haha
You okay with $100/hour?
Low coolant. Fix gasket
