Walk with Lou through our newest rendition of our Columbia Model! This unit is still 40' x 8'6" with a familiar layout with some new touches. This home has brand new white board and batten style interior with a pine tongue and groove ceiling! This home features new larger windows throughout at almost 5' in height including an additional window to the bedroom area as well. This unit boasts quartz countertops throughout with matte black hardware as well! This unit is on hand and ready for tours! If you are interested please let us know!

Nice to see the Columbia I . Called on Columbia II, which was wider ,but just as nice.
Didn't hear the base price of Columbia I in the video. The ceiling does help dampen the white walls, though.. Nice home, but probably a little out of my budget, though.

I watched a lot of your videos and I don't know if I'm missing it or not but you never seem to mention what the floor is made out of
The floor in most of my units is a heavy duty rolled vinyl. It is very durable and easy to maintain.
