Wildcamping with the Cuckoos | Hilleberg Soulo BL | Peak District Cloud Inversion

Hiking up through Padley Gorge climbing on to the moors for a Wildcamp on Carl Walk. The theme for the evening was very much the call of the Cuckoo, does a spring camp get any better than this? Cooking Fajitas on the Trangia! We were not alone that night though as something kept me up to the early hours, Nightjars! A stunning sunrise the next morning with a huge cloud inversion looking down the valley.
