hi bro i just turned 15 and asked my mother a phone of 15k but after i wacthed your video last week i rejected the idea of mine to buy it and started saving money by doing home works along with my offline classes of 10th and by getting groceries, and all the homely chores, and many of them taking care of my brother vagera, and really understood and told my mom i would like to save money and buy the phone in june, and i really mean it and i felt it from the bottom of my heart.......
On a lighter note, by the time you save the money needed, I bet you will get many other new phones in the market for the same price, may be with better specs, so it's really a win-win for you! Good luck!
I know a friend from a rather humble background who saved money for almost 3 years and instead of buying new phone for himself, he gifted an iPhone 13 to his father recently. People like you are really inspiring
The implicit message of this video is not to ask everyone start something of their own. It is to identify - if you belong to the top 2 or 3 percentile of that particular field in terms of subject matter expertise/skill - if you have the freedom to choose an irregular income over a monthly salary - if you have the patience, perseverance and motivation to keep moving forward no matter what comes in your way - if you have the ability to showcase your skills to the target audience - if you have the risk appetite to live and sail through any ups and downs that you encounter in your entrepreneurial journey So, think before you act.

Not only do you have to be extremely good at what you're doing, you also have to be extremely good at negotiations. I freelanced while doing my bachelors. I didn't get paid ANYTHING because I didn't know how to negotiate in my 2nd year of degree. Since 3rd year, I started to negotiate better, started getting bigger projects and bigger checks. I earned enough money in my third year that I didn't go for an industry internship and rather went for a fairly low-income research internship. That's kinda when I realised that research is a lot better. Now I'm in grad school pursuing research all thanks to the confidence I gained during the negotiations and the communication skills I picked up along the way. Hi Ranjit. My story is similar. I used to work for a prominent institute as an IELTS trainer. They used me as a slave. They used to pay me 15 thousand per month, using me as a commodity by continuously forcing me to take sessions even when others were present. After a year, I came to realise that my potential was so high that I outperformed other trainers there and was the charm on the organisation. They were reluctant to boost my salary despite my umpteen efforts to help students clear their tests. The monthly income of the company was 10 lakh plus and my salary was 15 thousand 😐 Later, my manager was literally a mercenary and finally the time came when I quit and I can proudly say, I have my own IELTS institute today and it's the institute with highest success rate ❤️
