- In this video I show you how to change the injectors on a 2.4L Ecotec engine in my Saturn Sky.
It's not my best video but it will show you what's involved when changing the injectors.
You should go back and push those white clips in to lock the connectors to the injectors. If you don’t you will get some misfire or strange fueling problems due to vibrations moving the clips off of those injectors.
Great video! I gotta replace my injectors and I have the exact same engine 😂😂😂 thanx for the tutorial!
mikeeee thanks my man very helpful
Mike I love you videos. You have helped me so much working on my own Sky. Are you apart of the Sky Forum?

I have this motor is this considered direct injection?? I know the made 2 versions of these motors one direct and one not.
When you replace your injectors, you should replace the plastic insulators and all the o-rings. They can be ordered as a kit. Used o-rings may not seat correctly, and this can cause a fuel leak or a vacuum leak.
Question. Did you have to change the programming to accommodate the higher flow injectors? Thx for the vid, by the way. the Chevrolet manual says you have to remove the intake manifold. I said to myself, “surely not” that’s what brought me here.
mine a 2008 saturn vue with 2.4 it running rough put new coils and plugs still come and goes
My fuel injectors broke and it gushed fuel every where.
Watched that video also that is not the same engine that is in my car , the picture I sent is the engine that is in my car, the fuel rail in my car is hidden under the intake
My broke butt didn't have the money to replace the injectors so i did the 9v mickey mouse service on my injectors with the carb cleaner around 100000 and just replace the o rings thats it. Now im around 119100 on the same oem injectors. But awesome vid
That is a little bit of a pain to do.
Should never use oil on the o rings use gasoline instead
