Help an Army Veteran finish his house

We hired a contractor to put together an Arched Cabin kit he told us would take 3 mos to dry in then we would take over. He took us for over $100k and after 18mos and everything done wrong, not to code and unfinished we fired him. We are asking for help/labor to finish this build to get this 63 yr old Army Veteran and his wife out of a modified shed with no stove or toilet.
