I think of it like this. Bruce is 25 when he becomes Batman. A year later he gets Dick who is 10 and he becomes Robin. Bruce and Dick work together until Dick is 18 and leaves for college. Batman works alone for a year before he gets Jason Todd (who is 15) and Dick is forced to become someone new because there can't be two Robin's. So Dick is 19 when he becomes Nightwing. Jason dies a year later at 16 years old. Batman works alone for another year before he gets Tim Drake (who's 13) as the new Robin. Dick is now 22 years old. Tim works as Robin until he's 18. Damien becomes Robin (at 10), Batman "dies", and Dick becomes the new Batman at 27. He operates as Batman for a year until Bruce returns and Dick goes back to Nightwing at 28. We know Damien is 13 at the start of DC Rebirth so Dick would be 30 in Rebirth. And since you mentioned Barbara in here she became Batgirl at 16 when Dick was 13 putting her 3 years older than Dick. So in the end this is the current age of everyone. Bruce is 47 Dick is 31 Barbara is 34 Jason is 27 Tim is 22 Damien is 14 But this is just my opinion.
I prefer a more liberal timeline to allow huge events time to breathe; feels absolutely insane when you "condense" all these Crises and dead-sidekick replacements (Jason Todd's death becomes less tragic and more comedic the more you shorten his career). But that said, your timeline is very close to mine either way. Worth mentioning that Damian was 10 when we met him, and turned 13 right before Rebirth. So it kinda throws the statement of Tim being 18 off because we knew he was 17 when he started as Red Robin. Wally and his family were also lost to the speed force for a little over a year, and in that time his kids aged a lot, so he has that weird modifier on his natural age.
One minor correction I would like to make, If we were to take Year One, Long Halloween, and Dark Victory literally than Dick would've actually debuted in Year Five. Year One takes up all of Bruce's first year, Long Halloween starts in Halloween of Year 2 and ends in Halloween of Year 3, and Dark Victory starts in Halloween of Year 4 and ends with Halloween of Year 5. In order for Dick to still have debuted in Year 3 as implied by Batman Year 3 we'd have to compress the events of Long Halloween and Dark Victory.
Dick Grayson was at most 19 when he debuted as Nightwing in 1984. We know this because he turned 20 in a later issue in 1986. Wally also turns 20 shortly after in 1986/1987, when the Titans threw him a surprise birthday party. If we assume they were at least 13 in their first appearance as Teen Titans back in 1965, this works out to something of a 1:3 ratio between comic book time and real time, at least up until the new 52 did some timeline shenanigans in 2011. (This would mean they were 10 in 1956, at the start of the Silver Age) I would therefore calculate Dick Grayson’s age to be approx. 28 right before New52 started. After that… Wibbley Wobbley Timey Whimey nonsense.
Mine's very similar, honestly, I just pick the setting I like the most, and partly it's my headcanon. Bruce(27) adopts Dick(9) Dick(18) becomes Nightwing Jason(13) become Robin and dies at 16
I have to disagree with dick becoming Robin in year two, long halloween begins on late year two and runs for a hole year because it ends on the next halloween (year three) and dark victory follows for some time so at the end of Dark Victory when Robin appears, it has to be at least year four, without considering that he trained a couple of months, but we are all ok that he becomes robin at 13
