Stick with it. We are slower than children, by a lot, but more appreciative and determined. You will not regret this choice!
@@James-nr9gm YES! 30 years of not breathing or speaking properly (apparently) and just started classical vocal training haha If we keep our eyes on the prize (not necessarily getting better, but doing what we like to do), we'll always have a fun time doing it!
Dont call yourself a "semi-musician" If youre a drummer youre a musician man
):
Brett: "Shostakovich"
Everyone else: "Co...co...covid???"
Lmao
Shostacovid
Shostacoughvich
Immediately:
Brett: "non-musician"
Girl: "damn I gave myself away"
* cougHCOUGHCOUGH * URGH * cries in left lung infection *
4/3 and "song" really gave it away lmao
4/3 is a really stupid and obvious mistake, but I've never heard gigging rock, blues, or jazz musicians call a song a 'piece', so I'd say it depends on the genre.
And Shostacovid
I've been waiting for this. Rea and twoset
huge reverb guests are unhearable
i’d be keen to see this with a more diverse mix of musicians - more variety of genre and whatnot (like jazz/blues/soul artists that might not have answers to classical-based questions) to make it more interesting and keep them on their toes/throw them off the scent
Oh yeah, that would be so cool!!! :D
agree 100%
After pandemic?
Yes like a piper :)
YES!
Love how Eddy learned to go with Brett’s musical intuition this time
The fact that Eddie and Brett are in Sg and I’m Singaporean makes my “can I have ur autograph/ a picture with you” mechanism on a whole new high.
SAME OHMYGOD
What I got from these 2 videos are that:
they can tell who's a musician and who's not, but.. they can't tell what instrument they play via context clues haha
XD
It's my first time watching this video/challenge, it seems fun. I think it'd be even more interesting (and you can ignore this if you've already done it) to include modern musicians who are not necessarily associated or studying classical music. Anyways, fun video!
How to know if a person is a musician: check their fingertips and breathing
Pianists: what?
@@reimakousei793 thank you, I was thinking that. I mean I play violin and piano, but still
@@reimakousei793 look for pianists hand positions and actions, and finger length. I can say this because I do this as a pianist
percussionists: ya I guess we aren't musicians
@@banj4356 yea, I can agree with that. I too am a pianist. Just ask them what each finger is called, and if they say "my pinky is my fifth finger", then they're a pianists. Yea, other instruments use their fifth finger, but they usually refer to it as their forth. After that, ask them what scale they find easiest, and if they say E major or C major, they're a pianist
'Shostakovich'
'Covid?'
'NON MUSICIAN'
400IQ play right there
seriously though. i had never heard of him until i started watching TwoSet. i used to be a pianist though. don't know if he composed anything for piano but nonetheless i'm not familiar with his work 🥴
dont forget the ‘SONG’ one 😂
Petition for them to buy lapel mics.... plz
2:26 & 3:36 both their fashion styles are so DOPE
6:34 Adorable lady in pink trousers does hops of joy 😅🤣

idk if this is just me but I can barely hear the responses from the contestants.

She called it "SONG".
Yep. Totally impostor.
Great idea, great execution, audio... well let’s just say I’m looking forward to a sequel with working mics
there's a thing called subtitles you know
8:16 when a non musician tells me to practice
im so glad there are subs lol maybe give everyone mics in the next vid
Next: Guess who is the Classical vs Jazz musician!
Edit: They can't ask what is your favourite genre/composer types of question.
Yes!!!!!! I want this so bad
I wish they had singers more often too in their videos too.

Can you please do types of music students on zoom? Lol I’ll give you some examples: the one that’s never on camera and doesn’t participate, the one that’s always trying to give the wrong answers, the one that’s always playing their instrument/jamming/dancing/singing, The weird one doing weird things on camera, the one that’s done with life, the one that’s always asking questions, the teachers pet, the smart one, the overconfident one, the humble one who’s the most talented
Can we take a moment to appreciate the quality content that twoset has been putting out recently.
Before watching: This should be easier than last time, so they shouldn't fail so hard.
After: See? Good for them. (Though I do think some questions were a bit cheating :P)
I think so, too! It was really easy because they asked question only musicians know and understand.
i knew brett has such a great intuition! he just always questioned himself and follows eddy's answer in the end! 😂
This is this first RUclips video I have to put my speaker on max volume
So no one's gonna talk about how Brett and Eddy have different side earbuds in the same ear...
What's your name?
Tar: Tar
me: interesting name
whos your favorite composer?
Tar: Tchaikovsky
me: I LIKE YOUR NAME
Favorite pieces from Tchaikovsky?
Tar: Nutcracker

Where is the joke? Enlighten me senpai

As a non musician, I knew this was going to be easy, cause in most of their videos I have no idea why they're reacting the way they are until they explain it. You'd be able to see right through me lol.
*that feeling when you’re on RUclips so much that you come early to literally everything* “this is not what I wanted to become”
I found the best way to enjoy this was with the captions on, and then turning the volume down as low as possible. It seems the reverb goes quicker than the signal.
What I am hyped to see is eddy and brett reacting to brain king's violin playing specifically the AGT champions one
I just
