Bronze pick dps when they want to chase kills and feel important - which translates to always being on the front line tunnel visioning on the main enemy force Bronze pick tanks when they're afraid of dying and want to feel more secure with large health pools, shields, and tanky abilities Bronze pick healers when they don't understand what the fuck is going on and they can feel like they have potential for impact regardless if they are close to enemies or allies
You have to feel for Rein in that Baptiste clip. You can see him pull back because D.Va bomb, but then he sees Baptiste YOLO out in front of his shield. You can see Rein switch to walking forward again trying to catch save him, but he walks too slow. Man...
Also you shouldn’t do double jump before you dash because it makes you easier to be targeted by people like Ana and Widow. You should use double jump after you dash to make it harder to hit you.
@@johntan4997 makes it easier for the nano boost. You don't even know how many times I've tried to nano a Genji when he doesn't dash up and the Lucio comes flying in at the last second and yoinks it.
"She can't do anything as baby Dva." This is BRONZE. Of COURSE there is something she can do! At that level Dva is more of a threat out of mech than in it!

I think lamp is a much more valuable ability than a bit of shield hp that can easily recharge. They were probably thinking that the lamp was still up and they were trying to finish off the genji player after reins shatter

These bronze games are always fun. I look forward to this series. I will admit I had a buddy who was bronze and I did avoid playing with him on account of it. He climbed into gold like 4 seasons later though, so it's possible for a bronze player to improve.
Sty saying that his aim is "Pretty good"... it's easy when the enemies are standing still and don't even notice you shooting them from 5 meters away! LOL!

I think that there was a youtuber named HuskyStarCraft that did a series called bronze league heroes. It was fantastic! Love these types of videos. Also, should mention for all the bronze Genji's who don't know. The reason you alternative fire are close range is because he fires faster so your effective damage per second is higher.
I guess there are some issues with hardware that keeps him in bronze or things like playing with glasses ,bad stamina in general - stuff like that .In bronze dps or even healers attack just to pull the defence apart so the tanks will come in.
You see sty. When you see a baby dva u have to kill her. Its overwatch law. If you cant kill the baby dva you aren't asserting enough dominance. Its like seeing a sombra translate away and not hunting her down
4:05 he secured the kill! he just needed to use the reset to go back! this would have been a top 500 play if he did it.... but no he didn't, worse he moved towards the point where out of LOS of his healers can't even attempt to save him but I wouldn't call this bronze play as it happens in gold and plat a lot.

So for the first play, he sees the hanzo is low and dashes him to get a pick for his team. That's good. Where he makes the mistake tho, is wasting his deflect and using the dash reset to get in even more. He should've just dashed back to his team, then he would've seen the bastion. Popped deflect damaging the bastion. And if the bastion is smart and stops shooting, the team can easily clean him up, basically netting them first point

I’ve been hard stuck in like low silver (1500-1600) for so long now, and I assure you I haven’t been making these mistakes. I’m astounded at how I’m still there after watching this.
Play an easy hero for each role. (Rein/Winston) (Reaper/Soldier) (Moira/Brig) and get tons of kills. Don't worry about team comp or anything else. You will carry games and get out of bronze in no time. Especially low bronze.
@@ape3823 As someone that climbed from low Silver to Mid-High Plat in all roles, it is that simple. I can barely aim and I climbed using easy heroes and decent game sense.

I've seen a Plat Dva take a 2v1 against Mei and a Zarya, get de-meched, and killed both of them as Baby Dva.
