I hate when unique recipes like this one get overlooked and don't receive enough credit. I've been looking for hours a recipe that includes a berry puree IN the batter but only found no-bake cheesecakes and that's not what I want. Thank you for posting this!
I have to say that this is my favorite cheese cake I've ever made. I believe you will love it. Feel free to share with your family & friends. Thank you for watching.
You place it in the oven and turn on the oven and bring it up to temperature. Once you reach temperature, bake for about 45 to 50 minutes. Then turn off oven and allow to cool with the oven door open slightly. This should take about half an hour to 45 minutes. Hope this answers your question and thank you for watching.
I stumbled upon this while looking for desserts to make for my boyfriend's birthday [he loves blueberries!] and my only worry is about the oven temperature. Our oven is so old there's no way for us to know when it reaches the right temperature. Why is pre-heating not advised, and is there a way around my predicament? s:
Rapid Temperature chance with cause the cheese cake to crack. If you don’t care about the cracking, you should be fine in making this with the oven you have.
I love non bake cheesecake and wanted to try non bake cheese cake that has the lovely natural.fruit color instead of the usual white cream cheese color. Will the cake loose the taste of cheese if I blend the fruits together ?

Did you use wax paper or parchment paper?
I used parchment paper ... I guess I forgot to mention that in the video
question... is this thick like a New York style?
This would be slightly smaller than a New York style Cheesecake. Thank you for watching.
do you bake the crust or do you wait to bake it all together?
I bake it all together .... thank you for watching
Instead of food processor can you use a hand mixer?
Yes you sure can ... I use a hand mixer for making my strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake. Thank you for watching

Then turn off oven and allow to cool with the oven door open slightly. This should take about half an hour to 45 minutes. Hope this answers your question and thank you for watching.

Just the lower one

Thank you so much for replying! I'm going to try it anyway when his birthday rolls around and we'll see how it goes.
I love the color. Can I do that to a Non bake cheesecake?

It still taste like cheese cake with blueberry flavor ... hope it turns out.
Chef Goguen I will give it a try tomorrow without gelatin. just CHEESE, Condensed Milk, Vanilla Extract & Blueberries
😋
Can I use frozen berries
Yes of course and less expensive to make. Thank you for watching
Ok..
375 grams of sugar in cheese mixture? This is really too much! 200 gr would be enough
you can reduce the amount of sugar to your liking, I like my cheesecake sweet. thank you for watching.
@@ChefGoguen .....I do too.💖
Great job
