Hi from 🇬🇧. I purchased a 2019 FK8 Type-R in Rallye Red 2 months ago and absolutely love it! The work fitting these plates is fantastic, very intricate but a professional job ✊🏽. I bought some metal sill plates for £78 ($90) and they look OK but yours look much better
I watched your video 2 days before doing this myself, it all went smooth. But I did end up breaking the clip that you pointed out :D a bit of tape and its all fine but funny still. Good video!

Nope.. No sills for the back door.. Only the front! It looks cool at night! I will make a night video of it!
They should launch the back doors ones even if they do not light up so it looks even

Dman you’re so lucky you got the plug when it comes to these installs 😭 the the foot lighting. It’s not hard, just annoying and I don’t trust my self doing this.
Sometimes we all have to break out of our comfort zone.. I took the majority of the interior out at the beginning but its hard to film that and wrench at the same time.. If you're on a time crunch.. Do the installs you like at the same thing and take your time

But I can just disconnect that to break the circuit so that it’s safe to work on
@@CJax749 Yes, Just disconnect it and you can work on the car.... I usually just disconnect the red positive wire and the car will be dead and safe to work on
It’s so weird seeing a part that says type R go on a type R.
Why? It was meant for the car.. lol.. When you open the door and see it light up.. Your like damn its a Type R..
EvilStreetShark I’m old school. Growing up before we had type R Integra even people alway wanted type R anything for there car. Now we finally have them and it’s so strange to see a person buying stuff for an American type R. I’ve waited too long for this. Lol
