I'm always tired and usually need a nap during the day. I think the culprit for me is lack of nutrient rich foods. Caffeine is probably also to blame since I drink it when I wake but I can't break the habit.

I only recently figured out that low water intake was impacting my energy. Too much screen time is another problem for me. Smh
When I reduced my coffee intake to just a small coffee, waking up in the morning was much easier. I was less groggy.
Coffee reduse is the most difficult project for me , I drink a lot.. by the way nice clear sound

In the last 2 weeks I quit smoking marijuana and vaping at the same time after abusing them for the last 4-5 years. Would this cause me to be extremely tired during the day?
My dad once had to go to the emergency room because after 40 years of drinking coffee his body suddenly had a reaction with extreme inflammation. It was freaky!
