Actually I'd have to agree with you, Uberjim. By definition, bodybuilding techniques ADD muscle mass. That requires a lot of resistance/strength training. At best this is more of a light-medium cardio and stretching routine.

An excellent stretching/warmup drill, but I think "bodybuilding" is kind of a misnomer, since it doesn't build up your body.
