- A part of my "Shaolin Quan" journey filmed in China. This part took place in the year 2018 at Fawang Temple, China.
The body and mind needs to be prepared. By training hard and intense one learns that the mind can fool him or her by telling that one is exhausted while the body still has a lot of energy and power. It's about overcoming discomfort and going beyond limits. The developing of the voice and screeming is very important. It inspires ones brothers and sisters and helps to get the right tension through the whole body.

They don't like gym classes for kids they say "nothing like that." This really creates real discipline for them. No discipline, no emotions, no regemented programs.

Kungfu training is not a joke and hard training , its not simple training and its not easy , you will train hard to it , teeth to teeth , blood and sweat everyday
