And it is actually difficult for foreigners to get work permits here. Because all the companies are not big enough to provide this facility to their employees.
Government says if 5 Turkish people are working in your company you can hire one foreigner and then the employer-has to be pay insurance and tax for the employee too.
So the big companies only help foreigners in work permit when they are sure they will not find their services from Turkish people they definitely need foreigners. I hope you understood

Good question… so if your dad buys property in his name… your mother can get TRC too and if you and your siblings are below 18 years old they can also get residence on same property but is the children are above 18 years old then they are considered independent and they need another property to apply for residence

Actually these days no one can get residence on basis of rental agreement. Tourism residence visa is totally finished these days.
And for student residence we need to come to Turkey on student visa !

Turkish police visit your local address where you staying to confirm you live there or not
Yes in some cases they can visit to make sure if the applicant is living on the mentioned address or not. When they have doubt or if they feel something is wrong or someone is lying in his or her documents, in that case the immigration office can definitely send police to the house address to make sure about the details!
