If someone has a lot of money to invest, I would think Turkey is one of the last places to park your money. The economy there is horrible and their currency is also weak. As an outsider I don't think there is any future there. I think people who move there will find out soon enough when they get there. Then the paperwork and bureaucracy . While there are good and bad people everywhere, dealing with Turkish people is also a challenge with their corrupt ways.

Dear brother How can I check the area of foreigners buy restrictions of 20% of total people’s live in turkey citizens
And you need huge cash if you really wanna do some business here. Turkey is a awesome country for tourism and extremely hard for foreigners, especially for Asians.

Total disagree, we as family living in istanbul sonce 3 years and finaly we decieded to leave this country. Many facotrs, language barrier, racism, english medium education is very difficult to find and very expensive. University is good. I know many families have left and still leaving. Don't just try to sell the business. Show real and practical face.

What's the cost property at rural part of turkey,like country side?
Actually our region is Kocaeli and I know the prices here and it’s not a rural area here 😀
What is the weather like in kocaeli. Is it very cold in winter months n how long is the winter season there?
Weather is good here… it is not getting super cold in winter… we had snow for a week this year… but average weather goes down to -3 degree some days and now we are in june still here it is around 24 max these days

Would like to know how long does it take to get a citizenship after buying a property
First way to get citizenship is by investing in bigger property, if you buy a property of 400,000$ you can get citizenship within few months
Other way, If you buy a property equal to 75000$ you can residence card of 2 years and after 2 years you can renew you residence… after staying in Turkey for 10 years you are eligible to apply for citizenship

They didn’t apply for permanent residency or citizenship … they got their residence cards on the basis of houses

Hello Wahab nice to meet you. Actually bursa is not our region. We do real estate business in Kocaeli and Sapanca only. And trust me Kocaeli is better than bursa in many aspects
Good information, I heard if buy property in Turkey, you are eligible for TRC (Resident permit) but its only valid for 2 years and not renewable after that. Is that true ?
Thank you until now is valid to get 2 years residence and later you can apply again for 2 years on same property

Do I have to live inside Turkey on TRC to be eligible for renewal?
I want to buy property, get the TRC but not live inside Turkey. I can visit for a week or two every two three months, not a problem... But I don't want to live inside Turkey full time. Does this work?
If you keep visiting Turkey after few months… in that case your TRC will not cancel… even people after 6-7 months and they face no problem with their TRC it is always active but if you never stay in Turkey then maybe government can make problems because the purpose of TRC is to stay in Turkey 😀

What about TRC on language learning ?
I think it is possible but only some limited schools are helping foreigners in this thing… i think American life school is helping in applying for residency permit for their foreign students on basis of language courses
