Its a good price for this Flat , you have in all rooms heater with city gas and the Kitchen is very nice and new and modern with modern windows, door camera its great ...looks a good Flat for a good price ;) dont no how is it in Pakistan but for European standart this is a good standart ...even in Germany we dont have it like this in all Apartments ...

How do you guys move around? Do you have a Car? I have heard in the past that cars are very expensive (just like Pakistan) in turkey specially for a big family (with 2-3 kids) because of Child seat law you would need a big SUV which is very expensive. If it is true then what is the solution?
Transportation is amazing in Türkey... it's easy to move around anyplace with family in Turkey... and yes the cars are very expensive here in Türkey :-)

I don't like compare countries every country has it's own importance. It depends upon you what you are looking for. For me Türkey is beautiful, peaceful and more advanced then my country. I love different cultures and traditions. Turkey has its own vibes 🙂

Walikum Salam yes foreigners can sale house to foreigners.. and the buyer can apply for residence permit… but if you are asking for citizenship… than foreigner can’t apply for citizenship based upon the property he bought from another foreigner… I hope understood my point… but they can apply for residence card sure

Kia Telecom company ko inform karma hota hai TRC Ki slip dikha k k SIM bund Nhn ho?
Jab TRC ajaye to sim open krwa skthy hain..Sim normally 4 months ky bad band hoti hai..or. TRC ko any mao Istanbul mai he sirf time lagta hai dosry cities mai jaldi ajata hai

I think it is easier to apply for TRC from Kocaeli or any city jahan immigration bohot zyaada na hu.. For instance, Esenyurt Istanbul main ab shayd TRC applications accept bhi nahi ker raha!

I have been to Turkey but I fear most Pakistanis who move to Turkey will not be able to succeed in terms of economy and future. I am sure they will run back home in a few years. I didn't find any more opportunity in Turkey compared to Pakistan. I would dispute his statement that there is a great environment for business .
I can understand your point of view... sometimes it's really hard to find opportunities here... But I pray this family will not be in trouble 😊
@@shorvlogs I hope no one has problems anywhere too. The reality is that in a global world, one can work from any location and frankly I see no advantage in moving to Turkey over Pakistan in terms of the IT work this couple is doing. If anything, Pakistan with its strong English language education is probably a better location to conduct business for this couple if they are only going to live there and just conduct an IT based business. Language is the main impediment and although this couple speak accented Asian type English it will be hard to communicate with most Turks who only know Turkish. Turkish is not an easy language to master and I have seen foreigners living for decades still rely on native speakers when it comes to apartment sales, etc. The couple will work hard to even acquire basic language skills but that too will be a challenge and of limited value whether in or outside of Turkey. Just like Urdu / Hindi has little value outside of India / Pakistan. I think that there is a craze to go to Turkey these days but the reality is that it really isn't a destination to build a future. Sure it's a great tourist destination with good food, history and sights but I fear it will not afford any benefit to this couple or their child. It would be interesting to post a follow up video in 2-3 years in which you hopefully prove me wrong but I am just giving my own opinion. They will realize how much of a challenge it is, despite its location beside Greece, Turkey is not part of the EU, the language and limited job market will be a challenge, they will miss family back home and a global market makes locating to Turkey pointless.

Aur eak video aapne banayi thi jisme aapke pakistani dost Kartepe Izmit mein property khareedne aaye they toh kya real estate agent ne unhe apna lawyer diya tha paperwork ke liye yaa phir unhone apna lawyer khud hire kiya?
Aur aapko koi idea hai ki Lawyer ka bureaucracy ka process sab ka Kitna cost pad jaata hoga?

it depends on your tickets... you can get choose more luggage and bags while booking your tickets but Ofcorse you should pay more
