Ha. I am a Pakistani American who has been out of Pakistan for over 3 decades. That really clears up one's perspective from the brainwashing and bias. I have to clearly state that from what I see in social media and news from the US, Indian media and trolls are "far more" obsessed with depicting Pakistan negatively than Pakistani media and Pakistanis are for India. This obsession from Indian media is quite intriguing being that it is 7 x the size of Pakistan. There are many Pakistanis who are good looking and many Pakistani women who I would consider beautiful without the makeup but it isn't about their skin color. It is about their looks and how they carry themselves. Having lived in the west for 35 years, I could care less about the darn light skin color. Having said that my wife is white but I did not even remotely marry her for her skin color. Cheers.

Well in real life, no one ever mentions Pakistan. Is it possible that you are talking about war/army/spy related movies? Those tend to always have Pakistan in them because that's where most of the terrorists in the past came from. Movie makers can't really show Bangladesh or China in those movies because terrorists don't come from that side. Also I don't follow cricket anymore. People who do will hear your country more often than I do. (Everyone obviously knows that 99.9% of your population comprises common people just like us but that 0.01% is what gets portrayed in war/spy related movies)

Our hospitality is unmatched, and our characters truly stand out. Even foreigners have recognized this; they often acknowledge that we have better hearts. Indians, on the other hand, tend to be more conservative and narrow-minded. I've seen this firsthand, even in places like Daubhill. There's a noticeable difference in the size of the hearts between the two communities, with Indians generally being more reserved in their nature. I'm not saying this out of hate, but rather from my personal experiences. I've lived among both communities and can honestly say that Pakistanis excel in hospitality and character. For those who criticize us without really knowing us, I would say that you can’t judge until you've had the chance to truly connect with a Pakistani cousin or friend. I've had Indian mates and relatives, so I speak from experience, not bias.

I would recommend Hindus who would love to visit Pakistan to go and stay there for at least a year. Try practicing your religion freely over there. Don't listen to just what the RUclipsrs say. There's a hell lot of difference between meeting Pakistanis abroad and staying in Pakistan for at least a year without changing your faith. Don't understand why Indians have so much obsession for Pakistan esp North Indians when we also have Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal etc too having similar culture and food to an extent if not similar.
You can use the logic of similarity in languages and cuisine with some parts of North India, but if cultures languages and cuisine of entire India is taken collectively then the similarities are very small, almost negligible.
I’m from Europe so this is totally unbiased, but it seems like India has an inferiority complex against Pakistani people. I mean the comment section shows it all. I’m from The Netherlands and have made amazing friends both from Pakistan and India and it’s true the Pakistani people I have met have green/blue eyes and very fair skin. I used to think they were Romanian or Polish 😂. They are very respectful to Indian people too. On the other hand, my Indian friends bleach their skin and are always trying to look ‘white’. Also, they are always claiming how they are the same as Pakistani people but I never seem to see it…

Oh, and my accent? It’s basically the love child of a Pakistani and an American news anchor. Now, most of my colleagues are Chinese, Malay, and Indian. And for some reason, my Indian colleagues, both the guys and the gals, are obsessed with figuring out where I'm from 😂. So, naturally, I decided to have a little fun. For years, I convinced them I was European. Some thought I was French (bonjour, baguette life 🇫🇷), while others were dead sure I was Italian (ciao, pasta forever 🍝). Meanwhile, I was just sitting there like, Wow, this prank aged like fine wine! 😂😂😂

The guest was really insightful about Pakistan. I think people in Pakistan know a lot more about India than the people in India know about Pakistan. That is primarily due to the entertainment content consumed in Pakistan. Pakistanis watch lot of entertainment content from India such as Bollywood(at least up till 2000s), Zee Horror Show, CID, Kyunki Saas bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi - types, etc. But in India almost zero entertainment content from Pakistan is consumed. As a result Indians have a tunnel vision of Pakistan limited to news analysis. But this situation is not unique in the world, Canada and USA despite sharing the world's longest border have similar disparity. Canadians know far more about Americans but Americans barely know much about Canadians.
Well I will be honest with you that no Pakistani now watches Indian films and their absolutely trashy soap/serials/dramas even though they are on our TV cable. Our TV industry is so bloody good that most are engrossed watching them. Surprising lot of our serials and plays are watched in India. So please clear your mind we are not Bollywood worshipers or glued to RUclips to learn what's going on in India. Its your country so you love it

I will always say sometimes some places are better off untouched rather than overpopulating a beautiful and clean place. The population will always be a downfall for any country. Look at Kailash mountain and the mansarover lake and just imagine if that place also turns into a pilgrimage and millions would go there and litter everywhere due to lack of education in this country, what would it look like?

There are plastic bags thrown everywhere just in the name of god. Just look at Ganga river and see how dirty it is, are the rivers outside india as dirty? The thing is I’ll always say it completely depends on the education. I am a Pakistani American and have been to India quite a few times. I find Indians very polite and helpful. Food is excellent in India since I am 90% vegetarian. Even the first immigration officer at the airport as very nice and polite.
We like our culture just like European like their culture .hence Indians should not obsessed with their culture and tradition they are not bad or not hate for them but i love my culture which everyone should respect as I do other

Now there are places in North Pakistan like Chitral, Hunza, Gilgit and parts of KP province where people are very different from rest of Pakistanis, they look white and have green/blue eyes and golden/brown hair, but these people probably makeup 10% of the total population. Their culture is non Desi and they are closer to Central Asia then South Asia, British by force made these cultures part of Pakistan in 1947. Yes they are very beautiful, but let me tell that these people only marry among themselves. Even I live in a city karachi, we have fair skin, mostly my family and friends are fair...there are people who are darker too but not all people in the city are darker, mostly medium and some fair, rarely darker
I am Pakistani Pukhtoon from Sydney. I know many indians and have some indian friends , nice people but I find it so bizarre that whenever i meet them they just can't go without talking about my light skin colour, as if they feel that white skin people are better. Effects of colonisation hasn't gone yet i guess.

Not all Northern Punjabis(Pothwaris) are Fair not all Pashtuns look British. It's just a myth both cultures try to show their Fairer people. Sure they are Fairer than most of Pakistan and India but you can easily find a darker tone Pashtun and Pothwari as well. The fair Pothwaris usually exist on the Up-Northern tip of Punjab and Fair Pashtuns mostly come from very close to western border outside of Peshawar. Rest pretty much look alike.

Ha. I am a Pakistani American who has been out of Pakistan for over 3 decades. That really clears up one's perspective from the brainwashing and bias. I have to clearly state that from what I see in social media and news from the US, Indian media and trolls are "far more" obsessed with depicting Pakistan negatively than Pakistani media and Pakistanis are for India. This obsession from Indian media is quite intriguing being that it is 7 x the size of Pakistan. There are many Pakistanis who are good looking and many Pakistani women who I would consider beautiful without the makeup but it isn't about their skin color. It is about their looks and how they carry themselves. Having lived in the west for 35 years, I could care less about the darn light skin color. Having said that my wife is white but I did not even remotely marry her for her skin color. Cheers.

Well in real life, no one ever mentions Pakistan. Is it possible that you are talking about war/army/spy related movies? Those tend to always have Pakistan in them because that's where most of the terrorists in the past came from. I've had the opportunity to spend time in both India and Pakistan, and based on my experience, I have to say that Pakistanis are genuinely more warm-hearted and generous people. Our hospitality is unmatched, and our characters truly stand out. Even foreigners have recognized this; they often acknowledge that we have better hearts.
Indians, on the other hand, tend to be more conservative and narrow-minded. I've seen this firsthand, even in places like Daubhill. There's a noticeable difference in the size of the hearts between the two communities, with Indians generally being more reserved in their nature.
I'm not saying this out of hate, but rather from my personal experiences. I've lived among both communities and can honestly say that Pakistanis excel in hospitality and character. For those who criticize us without really knowing us, I would say that you can’t judge until you've had the chance to truly connect with a Pakistani cousin or friend.

The guest was really insightful about Pakistan. I think people in Pakistan know a lot more about India than the people in India know about Pakistan. That is primarily due to the entertainment content consumed in Pakistan. Pakistanis watch lot of entertainment content from India such as Bollywood(at least up till 2000s), Zee Horror Show, CID, Kyunki Saas bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi - types, etc. But in India almost zero entertainment content from Pakistan is consumed. As a result Indians have a tunnel vision of Pakistan limited to news analysis. But this situation is not unique in the world, Canada and USA despite sharing the world's longest border have similar disparity. Canadians know far more about Americans but Americans barely know much about Canadians.

Our TV industry is so bloody good that most are engrossed watching them. Surprising lot of our serials and plays are watched in India. I will always say sometimes some places are better off untouched rather than overpopulating a beautiful and clean place. The population will always be a downfall for any country. Look at Kailash mountain and the mansarover lake and just imagine if that place also turns into a pilgrimage and millions would go there and litter everywhere due to lack of education in this country, what would it look like?

I am a Pakistani American and have been to India quite a few times. I find Indians very polite and helpful. Food is excellent in India since I am 90% vegetarian. Even the first immigration officer at the airport as very nice and polite.

I am pakistani myself from Karachi, not sure why some Indians have such a beautiful image of all of pakistan, where they think everything is green and girls are super beautiful. To be honest majority of Pakistan, Punjab, Sindh which is 70% of Pakistan's population, they are 99% identical to North India, especially places like Indian Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, West UP, even the people look 99% identical. Now there are places in North Pakistan like Chitral, Hunza, Gilgit and parts of KP province where people are very different from rest of Pakistanis, they look white and have green/blue eyes and golden/brown hair, but these people probably makeup 10% of the total population. Their culture is non Desi and they are closer to Central Asia then South Asia, British by force made these cultures part of Pakistan in 1947. Yes they are very beautiful, but let me tell that these people only marry among themselves. Even Other Pakistanis from Desi areas of Pakistan like Punjab, Sindhi, Karachi etc... could never marry those girls up there

Not all Northern Punjabis(Pothwaris) are Fair not all Pashtuns look British. It's just a myth both cultures try to show their Fairer people. Sure they are Fairer than most of Pakistan and India but you can easily find a darker tone Pashtun and Pothwari as well.
The fair Pothwaris usually exist on the Up-Northern tip of Punjab and Fair Pashtuns mostly come from very close to western border outside of Peshawar. Rest pretty much look alike.
