Hey Ken... welcome to Pakistan😊❤
I don't know about your travel plans...but some areas I would like to suggest you are- Swat Valley (its a Must visit), Murree city...few hours drive from Islamabad, Kaghan valley and other parts of Northern areas.
Have a nice visit in Pakistan. Much Love😊❤
Ken those rickshaw driver didn't understand English, for snake charmer Rupees 100 is okay 150 is good, piece of advice when paying for this kind of stuff remain under 300 hundred 100 or two hundred is enough, never take out 500 bill, 2nd don't give money to beggars buy them food if you want, incase to give money it should be less than 50 rupees, You can't eat spicy food so ask for non spicy or less spicy or tell them before ordering food, avoid those sauces.
Suggestion: burns road food street,
port grand ( food and music etc ),
Pakistan air force museum ( it's a fun place, nice park, rides, food etc along with war plans ),
Beaches are great,
in the city
" Sea view ",
clifton beach,
" Do Darya "
Out of city:
Manora beach ( it's an island few year back connected to land via road, you can take boat ride to Manora beach or take taxi or something as well,
Hawks bay ( it's bit out of city on the way to Manora beach )
Mubarak village nice clean beach as well.
Churna island ( along with other fun Sea activities they have scuba diving and it's amazing )
You can google all these places for map, distance, revives, pictures and videos.
There are many places to see, how long will you be staying in karachi?
Welcome to pakistan i want to meet you give your email add plz
One more thing, you will be treated as a celebrity here in Pakistan, peoples might lineup wishing to take selfies or reels with you😁, it's just because unaccompanied foreigners is not a common sight but mostly it's because you are guest here and guests are believed to be godsend😊 so get ready for that. Welcome to Pakistan😍
Sir go to behria town Karachi and lucky one mall and visit Islamabad near Murree and north Pakistan hunza valley and more❤
I spent a week or so working in Islamabad Pakistan many years ago. I had the same comments from family and friends about safety. I had a fantastic week with the most hospitable people. It was during Ramadan and I enjoyed amazing hospitality at the hotel and with the locals at Iftar. It's a shame it has got such a bad reputation amongst westerners
Thanks for your comments that encouraged me to visit Pakistan soon! ☺️ Love from Poland 🇵🇱
Just reading your comments and want to thank you for your lovely thoughts. Love you from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Congratulations for returning back to your home country in one piece. The same was not the case with Chinese workers.
@@Wisewolf09 unfortunately those kinds of things can happen anywhere - I live in the UK and while it isn’t common, we have historically had a lot of terror attacks. If we felt that way then we would never visit any country that has had awful crimes committed in them, which is everywhere.
@@Wisewolf09 should ask your indian friends, why are they after the chinese and why are they undermining CPEC project along with other state sponsor of terrorism.
I live in US and visited Karachi in April. I loved the food and hospitality. You just have to be aware of your surroundings. Enjoy your stay.

I am Pakistani Citizen, studying in China. Welcome to PAKISTAN. I got to say some important things to you. First of all, you may ask Hotel admin to help you get a guide who can move along with you. I see that you are totally moving local without any guidance, so that may put in some trouble at night time. Also the language is the issue so even good people may not be able to guide you well. You may visit Burns Road for Food, and Sea View Karachi, but its not that clean. You may goto Hawks Bay for better Sea View but not alone. Good luck
Greetings from America. I am a Pakistani American and often watch the westerners' perspective about visiting Pakistan because I am myself not been to Pakistan much in decades. I think our German vlogger could have used a local guide and tried to speak a bit slowly in English and also tried something like Google translate to use Urdu words. Unlike almost all Latin American countries, Pakistan DOES have a significant part of the population who know sufficient English. But I have to say to Habib Bank: Shame on you for no English in your ATM at such an important airport like Karachi Airport. You are probably the largest bank in Pakistan and this?!
RUclipsr Adam seeker is also from Karachi
I love searching RUclips with one word Pakistan just to see who else takes the trip

* Use the words 'tuk-tuk' or 'rickshaw' to ask, 'How much does it cost?' = 'Kitnay paisay?' Additionally, for your destination, it is better to use an online taxi app. Be cautious with street food, as it can ruin your trip; consider carrying charcoal pills or similar remedies. Make sure to visit Islamabad and Lahore, and in the summer, Northern Pakistan is a must-visit destination. If approached by beggars, simply say no; they will continue to ask for money, so it is best to avoid them and respond with 'nahi' or 'no.'" Hope you will enjoy your time in Pakistan ❤ good luck

We just flew out of Dubai a couple days ago. Surprised we didn't cross paths. :) We had a Pakistani driver in Dubai (what are the chances?). He was very nice and a good driver. I asked him what his favorite food was and his eyes lit up as he said "Paya". He then went on describing it and how we couldn't stop eating it when he went home. We have to visit Pakistan ourselves one day. Thanks for giving us a guide to do it. And please try some Paya and let us know what you think.
As a new travel vlogger myself, who hails from

Hospitable people on earth. Wishing you prosperity, captivating expeditions & perpetual serendipity in Pakistan! Enjoy, fellow traveler! 🙌🏾

Hi. I recently got Pakistani visa and it is for free for 126 nationalities including Germany and is issued instantly. No LOI is needed. You have to apply for "Visa prior to arrival" option and not a "tourist" option in visa application and it will be free and instant. It is valid for tourism and business. So you paid for something that was not needed.
Going in February 25 myself. On what website you found the free one please? Did you already use the visa?
@@karelwouters5250 its the same official website visa.nadra.gov.pk/ While applying, in the visa category, do not select tourist but "Visa prior to arrival". Yes I have used visa already.

Hello, Ken, my name is Li Qin, from Chongqing, China. I'm currently a junior university student. I absolutely enjoy watching your videos, which not only lead me to explore new places and experience the unique local customs and traditions of various regions, adding a splash of color to my daily life, but more importantly, I'm deeply touched by the kindness you exhibit in your videos. You integrate the principle of "being friendly to others" into every detail of your life, which I find incredibly admirable.
It was in early April this year when I stumbled upon your videos on Bilibili, a platform in China. I remember watching your Shanghai series, and it felt like I was traveling through Shanghai along with you, even though I had never set foot there before. Your emotional stability and strong adaptability are traits that deeply attract me, and I ended up binge-watching all your videos about traveling in China.
I particularly admire how you observe and experience the lives of ordinary people everywhere without any preconceived biases. This attitude of yours has profoundly influenced me, making me more friendly, optimistic, and positive. Your videos are usually around half an hour long, and you've mentioned that only this duration allows you to fully present what you want to show us. Fridays have become my happy days!
After discovering that your videos are primarily published on RUclips, despite the platform not being accessible in China, I downloaded it and subscribed to your channel. I feel a bit guilty about watching pirated videos on Bilibili before. I'm not sure if those uploaders had your authorization and compensated you; if not, I believe their actions infringed upon your rights.
The local customs and traditions you've experienced are invaluable to me, and your kind heart is even more precious. I aspire to learn from you.
If you ever have a chance to visit Chongqing, I would be thrilled. This city is also full of character, though its cuisine is mainly spicy, which might not suit your taste. My English is limited, and I wrote this message in Chinese first before translating it with Google Translate. I hope you can sense how much I enjoy your videos and wish you a happy, healthy, and joyful life.
Thanks a lot 🙏 yeah my videos are all uploaded to bilibili etc without my permission, that happened to all my videos in China. Thanks for watching here on youtube 😊
I am deeply sorry for their actions, as your videos were uploaded to the Bilibili platform without your authorization and garnered significant traffic, with one video even reaching a viewership of four hundred thousand. I suspect that these uploaders were so brazen because they believed that, due to restrictions on accessing RUclips in China, many people would be unable to view your original videos directly. Although they credited the source of the videos as RUclips, this does not excuse the fact that they did not obtain your consent as the original blogger, which constitutes a violation of your copyright according to Chinese law.
However, this situation has placed me in a contradictory position. Because if it weren't for these uploaders, I might still be unaware of your existence. In a way, their uploading behavior indirectly opened a window for me, allowing me to access your high-quality content. This leaves me feeling quite helpless.

If any Pakistanis here, they should know what I am talking about. And you were staying in the same hotel that I was lol.

1. Don't "walk" on streets, there's is risk of getting mugged.
2. If you "sense" there is something more than the feeling of hospitality, leave that spot.
3. It will be safer for you if you've someone whom you trust as a friend (whom you know personally) to show you the wonderful city...

Best to bring your currency dollars or euros in your flight and convert it to Pakistani rupees in the airport
if you are staying 3 weeks in Pakistan 3 thousand US dollars enough for hotels sight seeing shopping travel bus taxi restaurants and see other cities as well when I stay with relatives in a different city in Pakistan I just need a thousand US dollars to really enjoy what the city has to offer for a month
1 Euro is 300 Pakistani Rupees, so u gave that guy like 50 cents, for you it was a small tip but for them it was decent. I always just generously tip just because i earn usd. Live like a king with the conversion rate if you wanted with the unforunate hyperinflation. Times are tough out there for the poor and middle class which is the majority, the wealthy will always live comfortably. Try Chai Wala for some egg parata and chai (milk tea) | our the philiy cheestake at cloud naan | cicken handi at kabobjis | Kahwa (green tea with ghur) at a Quetta tea shop , few around
You should not to worry about Pakistan, Pakistan is very safe country. People in Pakistan are very good. One difficulty you will face in Pakistan is Language Barrier so try to use google translator for communication with locals because many locals don't understand English. Avoid beggers in Pakistan (if you wanna give 50/100 is enough). You should try Pakistani food like Biryani, Chicken Karhai, Haleem, Nihari etc. And we will meet when you will visit Lahore, Pakistan.

"Welcome to Pakistan! 😊 Since you’re in Karachi, I’d highly recommend you visit Mohenjo-Daro and Larkana as well. These places are full of history and culture, and they’ll give you a real taste of Pakistan's ancient roots.
Mohenjo-Daro is one of the oldest cities in the world, dating back to around 2500 BCE, and was part of the Indus Valley Civilization. It’s known for its advanced architecture, planned streets, and even ancient drainage systems! Mohenjo-Daro is truly a glimpse into the past, showing how advanced early civilization was. This incredible site is located near Larkana, which is another place you should explore.
Larkana itself is a lively city with traditional Sindhi culture. It’s full of beautiful handicrafts, and you’ll experience the warmth of local hospitality. The distance from Karachi to Larkana is around 420 kilometers, so it’s a journey, but absolutely worth it if you enjoy history and culture.
And while you’re here, don’t miss trying Sindhi Biryani and Sajji! Pakistani food is as rich as its history, so be sure to enjoy every flavor.@@KenAbroad

This is a superb video.
That chessboard shows white in a very dominant position! A pawn has somehow advanced all the way up, and there is an extra rook.
You are most welcome ken ❤.
Pakistan people are so nice and warm-hearted.
Awesome video! Can't wait to see more of your Pakistan adventure! 😃
It's an interesting country to visit 🙏

One Polish group is robbed in Karachi 3 days ago. They lost 1085 usd. Please stay safe. Don't let anyone check you, your document or your luggage in karachi.
I had a blast in Pakistan, people are generous and hospitality is on another level, try food at Burns Road
Very happy to 👀 see you Ken here in 😊 Karachi. You should've asked for a tourist guide at hotel 🏨...
Islamabad and the northern areas are the places to be for tourism, not Karachi.
But those areas are not safe

A Filipino gay vlogger is doing travel videos in Pakistan, went from different areas like Islamabad and some mountaineous parts. The locals very friendly and welcoming to the gay vlogger with open arms. I was shocked I thought because it was a muslim country it would be very dangerous for him but surprisingly it wasnt.
I also wanted to try its milktea or chai.
Welcome to Karachi capital city of SIND.
whats the name of the vlogger? Thanks
In Pakistan, you are not allowed to buy SIM from a random Person. You have to go to the NETWORK Providing a Regional Office , for example ,Ufone , Jazz and Zong to Buy a SIM for a TOURIST
I welcome you ken from the core of my heart to the land of hospitality ❤❤❤❤❤ hope you have a great time here specially waiting for peshawar vlog ❤❤❤
nice to see u in Pakistan; and be careful with the food😂
$180 for that room was overpriced.
Ken likes to go to expensive hotel. Especially first days in a new country
It's the most expensive hotel in Karachi
they have to pay a lot for security I guess :D
Pakistan has joined China's the Belt and Road Initiative. I think Pakistan's development is much better than India's. People are also very friendly and enthusiastic
Pakustan will never develope
Terrorism main issue
Army corrupted they rule the country
Imf has given pakistan for the 25th time
Happy to know about belt and road project but pakistan is more developed than india 😂😂
I know Pakistan is more developed then India please don't compare india to Pakistan 😂
If you don't have means to travel the world because you are so poor and not get Indian visa anyway, at least watch the free vlog from Ken when he visited Mumbai some time ago. Wake up from your delusions.
India is more developed than Pakistan. Indians have lot of talent and use to develop the country.
Nice to see your vlog , I appreciate your patience and understanding,
Would highly recommend visiting Peshawar, you'll ABSOLUTELY love it
Pakistan is much under rated.
LOL to begin with it's not worth visiting this country ever. Poor in everything.
Jo bhi terrorist ko panah de rakhi hai isliye. No one trust Pak
The problem with the taxi is that they don't speak English, and you're just talking to them like they fully understand you. Also, saying things slower to non-english speaking people doesnt help them understand better either.
Welcome to Pakistan bro, hope your journey will be great 👍. You should visit Gilgit fairy meadows, Hunza velley, Raka poshi, skardu, Kumrat velley, katora lake, Kashmir, Taobat etc like that.
