@@shorvlogs its almost impossible now to get residence in other cities (excluding Russians and Ukrainians in most cases). The only option is Istanbul. Come here, rent an apartment, fulfill all formulates (i.e. utilies on your name, numerataj, nufus etc.) before expiring of your trc, then apply for renewal from here, most chances are you will get renewal (if its not 1st time). Good Luck! 😌

No it is 8 years duration. After 8 years yes you can apply
once citizenship is received, can we withdraw the $400000?
For 3 years you can’t sell properties so for three years your $400,000 will stayed in the properties investment
