Nice to see people are still modding these trucks! I sold my last year due to some worsening issues with it at 200k, but the motor and tranny were rock solid. I miss it because it rode very nice on road and on rough road but it was time to change because my needs changed.

I noticed your climate control lights are going out. Mine did the same. I took it off and they are pretty easy to replace, I was able to find the bulbs at autozone
Nice looking and sounding truck, thanks for the info and tips. I'm up in Canada where many of these have rust issues but I really want a Tundra. Cheers

Very nice truck brother! Got an 03 myself and was thinking about doing LEDs but I read that it required cutting of a boot that keeps moisture out? Has that been an issue?
Not at all bro slam her shut it’s just a rubber piece to prevent water from coming in mine has a indent now from the cubes so it’s perfect don’t cut it trust me
So I have an 02 and I went with Bilstein 5100s on the top notch as my first mod which brought it up 2.75". Then I went with BFG 285/70/17 and upgraded to 17" wheels. You can go all the way up to 34s with the 2.5 lift just depends on how much rubbing you like and you’ll need a new performance upper control arm but you can fit 285/75r16 with the right offset rim on the stock uppers or a spacer

Hey man, looking to buy 2005. It has 231000 miles. I know Toyotas typically last a pretty long time I was wondering if its worth it to get one with that many miles though, how many does yours have and has it had any issues?
Depends what your going to do with it, make sure the timing belts been replaced and if your gonna off-road a lot get ready for things to break like the water pump broke on me and caused my radiator to blow out, when the system ran dry that was a expensive mess up on my part. But something I tell all my buddies when buying a truck have the person your buying from meet you at your personal mechanic or a Toyota mechanic and have them inspect the tundra and they’ll be able to give you a honest answer
Instead of spacers, I used 12mm offset rims. Worked perfect. Tundra 2005.
