Wrong procedure.. he missed a vital step. After initial fill up (engine not running), then you need to start engine and keep filling until it overflows. It will take atleast 300ml to 500ml more, when it start overflowing, Then put back the fill plug in. And warm the transmission fluid to required temp., As soon as it reaches the required temp, remove fill plug and let the excessive fluid drain out. And then install fill plug in back. While transmission fluid is in that required temp range.
Is this procedure any different in a B8.5 Audi Allroad? I really want to get one but I am holding off until I understand how to fully maintain it (Oil change, DSG service, Coolant drain and refill, brake fluid flush, fuel filter change, etc.). Thanks for all you guys do to allow us to maintain our own vehicles. Much appreciated gentlemen.
Doesn't the cross brace use stretch bolts? If so then shouldn't you use new bolts if you need to remove it to get to the oil pan?

(Audi A6 allroad... sorry for the lack of detail).
It bothers me that this guy is smirking the entire time.
