This procedure did wonders with my 2015 A4 S tronic ~60000 miles.
Symptoms were rough downshifting in some situations and having to rev the engine to engage reverse gear.
Seems like Audi didn't do any calibration when they changed the trans fluid at specified interval.
    Thank you very much.

Bookmark this video for the future lads, this is the only correct procedure for this gearbox. Everything else can be ignored.
The last step, however, can take an hour to complete if done in a controlled way, or it may actually never complete if left on its own.

@@mizaqenyad4269 There are certain channels that you need to watch on diagnostics while driving the car in odd and even gears until controller responds that adaptation is complete for both clutches. I don't have the car anymore, here are notes I took a while ago:
      Erase any error codes
      Temperature 50+, drive 10-15km
      VCDS Basic Settings:
Engine off - VCDS Reset to factory defaults
Engine on, handbrake on, brakes engaged, gear selector in P - VCDS Adaptation of engagement points clutches
Drive in manual even gear (2, 4 or 6), rpm 2000-2600, until Engagement point broken in
Drive in manual odd gear 3 or 5, rpm 2000-2600, until Engagement point broken in
Smoother you drive, faster it will cycle through adaptation steps (as reported on VCDS):
      First major positive step
      Second major positive step
      Middle negative step
      Precision adaptation, negative step
      Engagement point broken in

Erase error codes even if none present
This will help if gearbox adaptation is off or components were replaced. If gearbox has problems, this may only help temporarily before returning to misbehavior.

      @@artm4103 Hi how are things?
      Thank you for your contribution.
The procedure that you explain is only to adapt the clutch discs, right?
Once the above procedures have been performed, Step 1: Clear the counter for the start/stop procedure, Step 2: Clutch valve calibration, Step 3: Distance sensor calibration, Step 4: Reset the set point start of adaptation to factory settings; Now is when the final step comes, which is the one you mentioned, the adaptation of the clutch discs, is what I say correct?
To make such an adaptation, does it have to be done at the same time of the process? Or can I drive, for example, 20 minutes, turn off the car, then drive another 30 minutes or just leave it halfway and continue the next day?
What measuring blocks should be checked while adapting the clutch discs?
      Thank you and greetings.
