That was my favorite part trying food from a Korean restaurant. I especially loved the pickled side dishes they served. They each had different textures and levels of sweetness and spice. It was a great experience balancing all the flavors on the table by going back to the different dishes.
When i was preggo with my first child the i was crazy for bean sprouts banchan, i would cook like a whole plastic bag and can finish it in a day, literAlly down to the last sesame seed. I kid you not lol

These dishes keep pretty well in the fridge so you can just make a huge amount of them and eat them through out the week.
