NUMBER cake with MILK GIRL cakes ! Baking and assembling the NUMBERcake in DETAIL! It always works !

In this video, I show in detail how to bake and assemble a NUMBER cake not with the usual honey cakes, but with very tasty MILK GIRL cakes. This cake is always obtained, perfectly keeps its shape and sooo delicious.
The numbers in this cake are 25 cm high and "zero" 19 cm wide.
For baking these 8 digits, I took the MILK GIRL test from the calculation for 2 servings *i.e. for 2 cans of condensed milk)

380 gr. - 397 gr (1 can) condensed milk with sugar (the weight of a can of condensed milk depends on the manufacturer)
100 gr. melted butter
2 medium-sized eggs weighing 50 g each
190-200 gr. flour (for a jar of 380 g of condensed milk 190 g of flour, for a jar of 397 g of condensed milk(as I have) we take 200 g of flour) This is important !
4 g of baking
powder to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees, top to bottom .
in this cake, I use a CREAMY CURD CREAM on WHITE CHOCOLATE. This cream took the amount exactly for one serving (as in the detailed video recipe)
