Progress is progress right? But I think what I really like about Chris Heria’s delivery is he’s not a salesman. There’s no hype or trying to convince youhe’s an expert. He comes off like a friend. He’s not trying to pitch you and fill time with bullsh*t. And his attitude is calm and straight forward. No begging you. No gimmicks or research stats. Don't worry about the time to much. As long as it's not right after a meal. It's also easier to do in the morning when your body is rested which means you will work out harder.
This guy is one of the best trainers I've ever come across. Doesn't matter where we are, he makes sure we get the every possible output regardless any country, place or time. Love from India.

Tried this today and it was insanely tough. I did make myself power through each exercise for 45 seconds straight. But instead of a 15 second break, I had to rest for a full minute (sometimes 2). But the important thing I'm telling myself is that I did it. Now the hard part is to force myself to do this every day.
My best part of the workout is when I make it to the end and hear if you made it here congratulations you're on the way into building a shredded physique
How do you regulate your breathing so well? I find myself out of breath and I’m a runner. I hope you make a mini video or something on your breathing form because I don’t know how you even talk through these workouts 🥲

I got 2 kids and i want to get in good shape to protect them when that time comes! LESS GOO!!
Bro same I work 12s too, I run 3 miles every day and I’m gunna incorporate this after my run and I think it will help, but for real! It’s all mental! Once you get over that hump, it becomes fun!
Chris is so humble and never talks down to those (of us) who can't (yet) do the more rigorous form of whatever exercise he introduces. This helps us (non-genetically pre-disposed athletes) feel like we can ALWAYS do something. :)
These videos are great! Ever since quarantine started on march I have been following Chris's videos and trained everyday (except for sundays) and then before I knew it I started seeing good progress on my shoulders and arms, these videos are life changing, thanks man much love 🔥🔥🔥
@@toby5090 That's okay as long as you're not eating more calories than you burn :). As long as you're being in a Calorie deficit means that you will burn fat and lose weight
i know it's a 5 month old comment, but usually morning routines tend to have less impact in them, as you're more prone to wearing down your joints in the morning, while evening can have full impact, it's why it's recommended to run in the evening rather than morning, something about some joint fluids that take a while to get in place after you wake up, read it a while ago

Chris is so humble and never talks down to those (of us) who can't (yet) do the more rigorous form of whatever exercise he introduces. This helps us (non-genetically pre-disposed athletes) feel like we can ALWAYS do something. :)

Idk but I do this before dinner. Dinner will be my post workout I guess. I dunno if this is right or wrong tho. I'm still learning :D
@@toby5090 That's okay as long as you're not eating more calories than you burn :). As long as you're being in a Calorie deficit means that you will burn fat and lose weight

What’s the diff between the
Morning and Evening Routine apart from the exercises?
i know it's a 5 month old comment, but usually morning routines tend to have less impact in them, as you're more prone to wearing down your joints in the morning, while evening can have full impact, it's why it's recommended to run in the evening rather than morning, something about some joint fluids that take a while to get in place after you wake up, read it a while ago
@@sebaba001 It`s an interesting point however in relation to Chris Heria`s workout, there doesn`t seem to be any difference between his Morning and Evening Routine apart from the exercises. Both Routines are HIT.
