Thank you for the honest review. I bought my first DSLR in Vietnam in 1970 and have been shooting ever since. As a Nikon shooter for the last 35yrs I acquired my first Fugi about a year ago and never looked back. I love this XH1. There was a learning curve in the beginning but I loved being challenged by all the great features of this rig. I train wild mustangs and the training videos I can get with this camera (hand held) are simply the best. So thank you for reinforcing what I already felt about this camera and it's capabilities. Cheers,
OMG - love this review. So many gear heads out there pretending to understand photography. They buy new gear yet their work doesn't improve at all. And I love it when they buy expensive gear and take photos of their cat to show the "bokeh" and "sharpness." Too bad they become obsessed with gear while they should be obsessed with creating great images. Whenever I show my portfolio to people, no one ever talks about the sharpness, the bokeh or what camera I used. They are in awe of the image. Thanks for all the work you put into this channel!
I'm still using an XT2. It was Fuji's flagship camera when launched until the XT3 XT4 and now XT5. The image quality on my XT2 hasn't degraded since the launch of the newer models so I will happily use it till it dies or falls under a truck. People always think the grass is greener with newer cameras but in reality they do the same job as the old ones if you know how to use a camera properly. The lenses are probably more impotant than the body.
That's my first camera that I still use! Put Helios 44-2 lens on it and using it all manual. The only thing I need is ibis because I want to shoot video too, that's why I'm thinking about selling X-T2 and get X-H1
Me too, I purchased an xt2 almost immediately after I did my research and bought an xt1. Honestly the XT1 or 2 is more than enough for both my semi pro work (Weddings, Portraits & Events) yet I've always fancied the XH series for ergonomics over thr xt series
it was encouraging listening to you. Been on the fence about buying the XH1 for my wedding works and this just gave me the push to purchase it. I am also a fan of using older cameras. I use the Canon 5D mark 3. I have been contempplating moving to fuji for the longest time and i am glad that i am now finally doing it with the XH1. Thank you for this!!!
Right there with you. I bought my X-H1 brand new for $999 maybe 7 months after it was released and I love it. It's a tank and does everything a hobbyist needs.
I bought one brand new for $990 in 2019 and it's been my workhorse. Great camera! Have used on many paid shoots (photo and Video) and sold my X-T3 and others and kept my X-H1. I always say it's the most underrated fuji camera.
There's something special about this camera for sure. I last used mine only a week ago and that shutter mechanism, the feel, the sound . . . . none of my other cameras come close
I have the XT1, XT2 and XT3. The best color for direct output in JPG of a photo will definitely comes from the XT1. The XT3' color tone in JPG output is not as good as its predecessors.
Oh my God, you're my favorite channel. I love Fujifilm + have been to photography school learning photography but now I want to turn professional this year got my XH-1, XT-1, XE-2, XE-1 + a little tiny XM-1 w/ 6 different auto focus lenses & 6 manual focus lenses of different types. 12 X-Mount glass 👓 ready to work battery 🔋 grips!
I still really enjoy the X-H1 and have used it on paid gigs. Ergos are great and tracking is decent in AF-C with either 3x3 or 5x5 zone modes - even when shooting fast sprinters. Low light is OK if you shoot RAW, try to keep it to ISO 6400 and lower, and add a touch of NR in post. It really helps to have a fast prime for low light, although I usually shoot with the 2.8 zooms the the H1 pairs perfectly with. You’re right - it’s a great camera and has always been very underrated.
Ngl my first thought when I got it was "this thing was heavy." Took it on an outing and fell in love with it. The grip, the viewfinder, the performance. All of the pictures that i took that were subpar/ missed have been user error. This X-h1 with the xf 33mm f1.4 is my favorite combo that I have tried to date.
I am right there with you. One of my favorite cameras I own. Highly recommend for anyone getting into photography/videography/hobby. It has the majority of what anyone needs for what they are looking to create. But there is also some romanticization around getting the next best camera when the cameras from yesteryear are close in specs and capability as what’s being released today.
the x-h1 is the first camera i ever used in the system, and after using nearly every x camera that came out after it, i maintain that it’s one of the greatest cameras i’ve ever used. that sensor, and this video, are glorious 😭
Thanks for this. It's refreshing to hear someone talk about the true practicality of using 'yesterday's cameras' for producing great present day content.
I bought my XT3 brand new for $800 on November of 2022, initially I was going for a used $580 since brand new systems were hard to find but luckily they had only one brand new one in stock. And yes I took advantage of it. No regrets. It’s a phenomenal camera and it gets the job done. XS10 and XT3 user, no need for an XT4 or an XH2s; although the XH2s is tempting.
I agree when you say it’s not the camera it’s you. I am not a professional photographer my daughter is I am what I can a fairly knowledgeable hobbyist. I second shot a wedding with her last year on my fuji xt1 and it worked great!
I've been shooting an X-H1 that I bought used 1 year ago and it has been amazing! I've had (and sold) the X_E2, X-E3 and an old X-Pro1. The X-H1 has gotten bad press thanks to A) people who never used it or B) folks who weren't clear about what they needed. The X-H1 is a MONSTER VALUE with capabilities that will perform for years‼️ Dee's got this nailed👏👏💯😎
I'm still loving my XH1, it takes time to fully master a camera and by the time you have done it, a new one comes along. Just enjoy the training you had with what you have for as long it serves your purpose before moving on to a new model. Love your video bro.
I bought that camera durning the fire sale and never regretted it one bit. In fact, these days I'm contemplating should I buy another one, just to be on the safe side, course chances are, we'll never get another camera in a similar design; that X-H1 is unique... Btw, I do video professionally (news department), and I've never touched 10 bit video. Ever.
I've got one for less than £350 with battery grip ,couple it with 33 mm f1.4 viltrox and never looked back. Now I got 50-140 mm, 16-80mm f4 and I think I got all I will ever need...brilliant camera that is always in my bag...
I got that camera FUJI XH1 when it first came out. then 6 months later, that camera was discontinued, taken off the market. so that means parts and accessories are all gone also. I really got screwed on that deal, the resale "value evaporated'.
I hear what your saying. That is why I haven't upgraded since the XH1 for the x-series and have GFX50R. I then purchased more lenses and found there is really no need to upgrade anymore for my needs.
Good points. It amazes me how people sing the praises of a camera until the new version comes out. All of a sudden the old version is complete garbage. I'm still rocking my xt30 and xe2s and don't feel the need to "upgrade." The price people are willing to pay for some of these older cameras is unbelievable. I just saw an x100s for $800 yesterday.
Enjoyed your thoughts on this one Dee. I like Fuji's regular camera replacement cycle & peoples willingness to trade in perfectly capable cameras for the latest model as it has enabled me to acquire a great range of X models for a fraction of their original cost. The X-H1 is one that I've been considering for a long time, the better ergo's and IBIS for manual lens use would be big positives for me, and price wise it has almost reached my self imposed limit of paying GBP 500 for a body, outstanding value at that price for a relatively recent flagship model.
Preach it! There are too many talentless ‘influencers’ on social media who believe the new camera hype. Shoot your wedding/portrait/ sport gig with a manual focus camera like we used to have to do, you’ll never complain about autofocus again. And as for this 8 bit/10 bit debate, if your not good enough to get good work done with 8 bit, don’t market yourself as a videographer to clients until you can. A bad workman always blames his tools.
Amazing video, thanks for this even when it's 5 years old, I'm getting my first ever camera and it's Xh1. For 530€ 30k shots with 5 batteries it's really steal. And getting nearly new 18-55 for 350€. Thanks for this review in 2023.
Truth!! I've been using the XH-1 commercially for years. Good for events. Never had anyone complain about the video quality. You are sooo right. It's always user's that don't have a clue how to capitalize on even 50% of the camera's capabilities that jump to a new model to continue making crap work.
I bought an open-box X-H1 from eBay for $600 about a year ago (came with the battery grip bundle). All the accessories were brand new; and the camera looked like it was simply unwrapped to simply show a customer! In my 23 years of using eBay -probably the best bargain find ever. I think it's all about the glass. Went out with a buddy doing city skyline photography last week at night. He had a full-frame Sony A7R III with a Tamron F3.5 and I had my X-S10 with the Sigma 56mm F1.4. My pictures honestly looked better when shooting handheld because his F3.5 lens produced lots of noise (my X-S10 with tiny sensor with the F1.4 lens produced images that looked noise-free when shooting at ISO 200).
I just got my X-H1 a few weeks ago and I am LOVING it. I am wanting to use it more than R6. The body/lens weight is making it more attractive then R6/Sigma 1.4 primes. I am shooting a band event tomorrow night using Viltrox 13 & 33mm lenses so will see how it goes. I am seriously considering only using my R6 for studio work and using the Fuji for outdoor portrait shoots.
I just bought this a few days ago, and what a beast ! I have the XT30 and the XT100, just need a wr lens, and then i have the perfect camera for street and everyday photography
I'm a wedding photographer and I hear you. With two xt2's I'm always very pleased with the outcome. I tried an X-T4 for some time and didn't like it. Sure it was better but not as much as I hoped for. Alot of money for little improvement. Got a xh1 now, not sure yet if this is an replacement for my old xt2.
This kinda brings me back to the X-Pro 3 videos you made a longer while ago. I was within the Canon ecosystem but was looking for a smaller setup and in the end decided to buy a X-Pro 3 and two lenses that suit my needs - didn´t regret it since then. It´s just like you said in this video and the X-Pro videos as well, the damn thing can basically do everything you really need a camera to do + no constant image checking on the back screen. Sure it has it´s "edges" - just like the X-H1 - and sometimes I maybe feel like I could have invested the money into something less... "special" and do better with a X-T5 or X-H2. Yet every single time when there´s a good occasion to take photos, the X-Pro never disappoints me. It´s always fun to use that camera and the quality it can produce is just spot on. I feel like it will be the same with the X-H1 (or basically most other fairly advanced, modern cameras from the last 5-6 years).
Even tho I’ve been shooting the 50r since 2019 and the 100s since 2022 I still use my XH1!! I love it. Heck I still use my XT1 that I bought new in 2014 I think.
Bro!! That's one camera I always loved using. Only reason I don't have it is because I wanted another XT4 body. One day I'm going to buy it again just to have.
I have done great with my xt1, I sold my xh1 some years ago and have regretted it ever since. Now it is on its way to me in the post. I must admit, being a photographer since 1969, I finally am pleased getting a marvelous tool back in my hands.😊 It is not just about the quality of the xh1, it is about the good feelings too.
100 percent agree with you. There are way too many new people in this field that blame equipment for their lack of knowledge on how to use it. It is mind blowing how much people will spend a crap ton of money on gear that they are not prepared to learn how to use. The same ones that don't spend any time learning about the basics of composition/posing/lighting and SEEING light and just want to go out and charge money because they are "stepping outside the limitation of rules" that they were not willing to learn to begin with. I break rules all the time, that is because I have spend years learning them an learning how to break them. Anyways, rant over.
Thank you........ It helped me... It truly did. I was saving up to the X-H2S..... Because I wanted all of the features it came with. I am moving into the Fujifilm system from a Canon M50. I got some work with that camera and like the 8bit look from it. Clients keep asking for 4k so, I desire to be at least there. My photos and video were on point, but the clients are being told what level/codec/format etc a "true videographer" should have. Anyway, I am glad the X-S20 is here. I ordered it. I plan to do great work with it... Everyone on here says i is a good B-Cam. It will be my only, so, it is an A cam for me. I have the tamron 17-70mm f2.8 and I believe they will pair nicely. I don't have a lot of money and you just helped me know, I made a great decision.
Thanks for this, helpful! I've literally been weighing up X-H1 or an X-T model earlier today (photography only - had X-T1 and had to sell it last year). Opened RUclips to search something on X-H1 and this was already suggested!
Great video, I was considering an upgrade from my xt2 to an XH2 but after watching this I believe the XH1 will be more than enough & with the extra $$$ left over I can purchase a new lens including a grip. Very informative video, much food for thought prior to an upgrade. I appreciate the time you took to produce this for the Fujifilm shooter community and others out there looking for a solid workhorse that'll just do the job well enough
Awesome - one rant that I actually enjoyed. I hate the way we sell off our perfectly good cameras after a year and trade them off for some new 'floozy' that promises the world. Six months later we are disappointed again. I've just bought a X-H1 after foolishly selling them both off a while ago. I realise now they are the Japanese Leica and still one of the best cameras out there. I laugh the way all these so called 'pro' photographers complain because their camera doesn't have the very latest AFC. It's almost as if they are incapable of focusing on anything unless they are using the very latest technology. For somebody like me who for decades had to focus manually, the AFC on the X-H1 is still more than good enough.
Compared to the Fujis newest line, the X-H1 is a camera from 2018 and it shows. Specially when using with the 35mm f1.4, for example. The X-S20 never misses focus with eye tracking, but the X-H1 constantly switches to face detection, being unable to detect the eyes, and using this lens or any other fast lens (eg. 50mm f1.0), it is crucial that the focus is on the eye and not on the eyebrow (sometimes, it can be the eyeball and the eyelash). The X-H1 is a fantastic camera and it wipes the floor with the newer ones, but there are several areas in which the newer line just is worth it and will make your life better/ nicer/ easier/ whatev. I would love to take out more my X-H1, but the fact that this newer camera has almost half the weight of the X-H1, has better IBIS and will almost never miss focus (again, my specific day to day scenarios), I never take it out anymore. I genuinely miss the high quality feeling of that camera, and the customisation, and the dials... but most of the times I just need to take quick nice photos of things that are around me and to be able to transfer them to my phone without much editing/ sdcard switching/ cables and adapters etc.
Thanks for this video as I was considering to get it second hand in 2023 to get my feet in video. Mainly I wanted the IBIS to at least be able to do a static handheld video.
Well, sir, before I switched to Fuji, I used the Nikon D3X for years. And was overwhelmed about the quality and reliability of the gear and the shots I had been able to produce. Then I changed the system and got a X Pro 1 & 2 which I use until today. The progress Fuji made between both models was undeniable, especially related to speed and AF. But until today the cameras have a mot of issues with the AF. Which I often experience in studio with soft or smooth light but in landscape as well. What lead me to take always back up shots. Sure, there must be a difference between a body which costs 3-4 times more and the hardware and components used. But I got used to use Fuji as a system which has its charme and expects from the user to make compromises - therefore it is not that expensive and saves a lot of weight. But honestly spoken it has a lot of potential to be optimized. In the future as well. My issue withe the x-H1 wS, by the way, that the grip is to small for my fingers and tight between a wider objectives barrel and the grip to me. That’s why I still use the X-P1 & 2. Cheers
Well said Dee - the X-H1 is a SUPERB camera. The rubbish talked about this camera by people who have never really used it reminds me of the crap talked about how terrible the Fuji XF-18mm F2 is, when the reality is the 18mm is a great lens but maybe at F2 the edges are a bit soft BUT that's not important when at F4 it's tack sharp. Ps I have 3 X-H1's and use them professionally and have NEVER had a single issue with them.
Wow, I love this. I had an X-H1 and sold it for a Canon 5dsr. The canon is a great daylight camera when sitting on a tripod. I’ve not bothered to take it out of the camera bag because I don’t have time to setup the tripod. I’ve come to appreciate how good the X-H1 actually is. Today I traded my 5dsr for an XH1, a battery grip, and a lens. With an adapter most of my canon lenses will work until I can afford Fuji glass can’t wait for the X-H1 to arrive.
I bought my Fuji XH 1 in 2017 for half of what it originally sold for and I’m very glad I still have it. I love the ergonomics and the Fuji lenses. It’s a tank and a very capable workhorse.
I bought an X-H1 several months ago for under $600 and am very pleased. I wanted to buy a nice used X-Pro or X-T model, but those prices are ridiculously high. I've used Fuji cameras for more than a decade and the X-H1 is larger than the more compact Fuji bodies. The smaller size is a big reason why I switched to Fujifilm. But the X-H1 is not huge and it feels quite comfortable in hand. Early on I missed the exposure compensation knob, but I've adjusted to using the dial and it's no big deal. I'm 100 percent satisfied with the output of this camera and as a 50-something, I LOVE the big, bright viewfinder.
My tested every cameras from Fujifilm to date. So, far... My fav cameras are X-T1, X-H1, X-H2s, GFX100, GFX50SII and X-E1/X-E2s. Currently my workhorses are X-H2s & GFX50SII
Where have you been all my life? :) Watched a lot of videos about this camera and if it still competes with contemporary gear. I'm about to buy a new camera and it's 2024 and I asked myself, how bad is the best camera from 2018 in 2024? It must be at least really good. You convinced me. This is more than enough for me. Thank you and RUclips, shape up your algorithms cause it took too long before you popped up in my suggestions. Keep it up you're doing a great job.
I've learned a lot from this one video. I'm not good enough yet and need to get good. Thank you. This camera is my upgrade from xt-100 I was worried about the specs for a little while. But it's me, I just need to get good.
I've owned the XH1 a couple of times and it's always a joy to use. At the current prices for this camera, it's a really solid deal. I don't shoot professionally anymore, and never shot professionally with the XH1, but I can say using this camera for the type of photography I do, which is just sort of everyday documentary photography of my kid and life in general, this camera is leaps and bounds better than what I actually need. You hit on this point a couple of times: Fuji's updates. That's one of the things I love most about Fuji. Rather than looking at an older camera and abandoning it and placing all their latest tech into the new model with the hopes of having someone upgrade, they put new tech into old cameras by way of updates. In that way, they're keeping people in the Fuji ecosystem longer by having them invest in lenses rather than bodies. And it also keeps people using cameras longer before they upgrade where they would have the opportunity to consider another brand. I gotta disagree with you on the point about only professionals being able to have thoughts on a camera, though. I've shot a lot professionally, but I've shot a lot more for fun as a hobby, and have been doing so for nearly 20 years. I definitely think serious hobbyists have a lot of insight to offer on camera gear. I do agree that anyone that hasn't used a camera shouldn't be reviewing it as if they had, based on bullshit they read online or from speculating about a spec sheet, but I'd respectfully argue that hobbyists don't have good insight into how a camera performs and how it might perform in similar situations for similar photographers. Good content, as always though! Love your candidness and honesty in these reviews.
Thanks for the comment and I hope I didn’t make it seem like only professionals have opinions. I’m more along the line of don’t say something isn’t professional or bad if you’ve never put it thru the paces. If you’ve never shot sports with it don’t say it can’t shoot sports or if you’ve never shot client videos with it don’t say it can’t do client work etc. if you think the af is bad that’s a personal opinion but some people go overboard with one bad moment means it’s all garbage
"If you've used this camera... you've grown to love it in some way, shape, or form" I've never heard truer words spoken about any camera body that i've ever used, I wish Fuji kept the dials on the XH2 so bad. An insanely capable camera with a truly affordable price tag for any beginner, armature, and professionals. The fact that people sleep on it just because they're obsessing over AF features they'll never use and the fact that it's not full frame is still insane to me.
The thing that prevented me from using my XH1 more was the battery life. I have the grip but it made it huge. I just got my XS20 and it checks off all boxes for me. I haven't used Fuji this much in a long time.
I just picked up the X-H1 as a backup to my X-H2. It will be an excellent 2nd camera. After switching to from Canon I went about 6 months of just using one camera. Now I'm back to two.I plant to take it out today in Austin and shoot some portraits.
great camera and great video man! got my 2 years ago for 550CHF with a grip and love it. Have also X-pro2 with the same sensor if I want to go slightly lighter, but the H1 is a beast and so nice to shoot with!
Great points! 👏🏽 I bought the Fujifilm XT3 last year and have used it on paid photography and video jobs. I haven’t had any issues on any of those projects.
I've pretty much gone through all camera brands out there, except Pentax. Since then, I've been on the search for the perfect system where usability, handling, and results come together in the right balance with the price. After purchasing the XT1 two years ago, followed by the X2, I finally decided on the X-H1. Yes, it's often overlooked as a flagship, but for me, it's the best camera in this price-performance segment available. I love everything about it - the design, ergonomics, size, performance, and especially the colors in combination with Capture One. And right at this moment, I'm going to grab it, head outside, and create incredibly beautiful videos and pictures with it.
Definitely my next purchase I’ve been wanting one for a while just haven’t found a good price yet, gonna be nice to have a 2nd body since I do a lot of video work now
my a6000 broke last december and it left me using a canon a1 and an olympus pen ft until i saved up enough for a new camera. i got this camera and it was everything i loved about being stuck with film without being stuck with scanning film. and a whole different planet than my a6000
I tried an xh-1. The only issues i had is that I absolutely hate its back screen and the lack of mic jack without the battery grip. Yes it takes great pictures...but its just not it for video work (which is mostly what I do) Fully articulated screens are a must. The rest is fine. No issues. Just a usability problem for me.
Still using XT2 and XH1 as main wedding camera. Love it.
What lenses you use for XH1 . I’m prime shooter on a7riv
I'm also rockin' those two!
Thank you for the honest review. I bought my first DSLR in Vietnam in 1970 and have been shooting ever since. I still keep my xt2 in addition to xt4 that I bought end of last year.

Xh1 remained fujis flagship until Xh2 was released.Xt range is mid level.
it was encouraging listening to you.
How is it?
Dee Rosa for President, Dorian Colemen VP and Leica Lee for literally everything else.
I preferred the XH-1 over the XT3 also. Not many people did but honestly the ergonomics was 10 times better.
It's not forgotten. .. only ignored by youtuber infomercial makers. Those who know what's what love this camera and got it at a huge discount.
I’m having the XH 1 since it launched. Loving it so much.
Agree, agree, agree. Your comments were refreshing and right on target.
Thanks, you sold me on this affordable camera, that I was considering buying. It got all the technique I will ever need and use.
Thanks for this. It's refreshing to hear someone talk about the true practicality of using 'yesterday's cameras' for producing great present day content.
Appreciate the words!
@@DeeRosa can you do a review on Sony zv-1, and show some pictures? thanks
Never used it for photos.
Good video man! People took amazing photos 20-30 years ago. They did not cry about autofocus and lowlight capabilities!
I’ve had the X-H1 for about 4 years now and I also own the X-H2. Even though the X-H2 is more capable, I still like the X-H1 more.
Finally, FINALLY, someone who understands. I LOVE my X-H1 and wouldn't swap it for an X-T4.
Love my X-H1 so much, I bought a spare body+battery grip to keep in my closet in case something goes wrong. True workhorse camera.
Amen! Still love mine after 3+ years. It is a nice sensor even today and I prefer the ergos with the battery grip installed. Love the X-H1!
I also use mine with Viltrox 33mm f1.4 and its a killer combination.
I have literally used a Canon EOS RP for a lot of weddings and all the clients were happy
I loved the X-H1 but I'm just photos only and the tiny X-T20 has the same sensor so it was a no brainer to switch.
I endorse your comments wholeheartedly, I use both the XH-1 and XT- 2 and I have used the XH-1 for sports Moto Cross, no problem.
shoutout to youtubers who actually use gear before you review it. love to see it
I got that camera FUJI XH1 when it first came out. then 6 months later, that camera was discontinued, taken off the market. so that means parts and accessories are all gone also. I really got screwed on that deal, the resale "value evaporated'.
i just bought this camera...own two Leica and Sony and Canon.......love this camera
This review made my life better Dee, thanks for spitting the truth
Most sensible camera equipment video ever 👊🏻
Brilliant review. I’ve had my XH1 from the get go and it ain’t going anywhere, love it.
I got many cameras, X-H1 is my favourite.
I got back up X-H1 which I never open. I always say it is the best camera that Fuji film ever made.
X-H1 is my dedicated wildlife camera, my 100-400 lives on it. Perfect combo.
I loved the X-H1 and sold it. I’ll never forgive myself for letting it go.
Two things I like about you Dee , you always speak the raw truth and when you say etc etc 😄 keep it up
😂😂😂
Cheers
I use the XH1 and am starting my video journey and I love this camera and for still its amazing. This really is a beast of a camera
Lovin' the straight talking in this video, spot on...👍
Well said Dee - the X-H1 is a SUPERB camera.
I love my X-T3 and my two X-T1, the black and the silver version! Thanks for the video.
Well said! "It's not the camera, it's you!" SO true.
Forgot to mention that along with Fuji lenses, I enjoy using manual focus lenses with this camera, thanks greatly to that nice viewfinder.
I sold a few of my Fuji cameras to fund my GFX. However, the one camera I didn't sell was my X-T1. It's my fav camera of all time.
I absolutely loved my XH-1, I miss it.
I’ll probably never use this camera but the advice i got in this video is far more valuable.
Bought two brand new X-H1’s with the booster grip for £700 each. Great great purchase!
My tested every cameras from Fujifilm to date. So, far... My fav cameras are X-T1, X-H1, X-H2s, GFX100, GFX50SII and X-E1/X-E2s. Currently my workhorses are X-H2s & GFX50SII
They all do WORK! Results matter more than specs! Bring back portfolios and real people like you!
@@DeeRosa I agree 100% man. I probably misunderstood the gist there. Good conversation! Keep up the great work.
I shot my first wedding 8 years ago on a X-30 a 12MB 2/3" Sensor and it worked out great.
What a great honest and truthful awesome review thank you thank you
So much real talk! Great!
One of the best! I love Fujifilm brand....
I vastly prefer the XH-1 over my XT-4. The ergonomics, the solidity/build, advantages are significant. I would be very reluctant to sell the H1.
It is a great camera and I love its handling and the photos it takes. But in video, I often get flickering effects and can’t find out why. Any idea?
Definitely my next purchase I’ve been wanting one for a while just haven’t found a good price yet, gonna be nice to have a 2nd body since I do a lot of video work now
Agree. The only thing I have issues with is being on a golf course and having to carry six batteries due to the batteries being straight poo.
what did u use for talking head? camera and lens
Although I have the XT3, XS10 and the XE4… I still want the XH1… guilty pleasure
my a6000 broke last december and it left me using a canon a1 and an olympus pen ft until i saved up enough for a new camera. i got this camera and it was everything i loved about being stuck with film without being stuck with scanning film. and a whole different planet than my a6000
Not specific to this camera but great mindset. Buy used, up your skill level and keep creating it's that simple. Great video!
Appreciate this info Dee! Thanks for keeping it 💯💯💯👏🏾
