Looks great will have to try this one out, got me one of those bad boy cosori pressure cookers last week, so far tried a whole chicken cooked in 24 minutes, wow quick and tasted great. And then of course chicken leek and potato soup with left overs, both were so quick and easy which now makes me poor old slow cooker semi redundant. You were spot on reccomending the Cosori 9 in 1 pressure cooker, thank you well done and keep up the good work.👍

Won't be letting him see this!
Think on a weekly basis my ol' man asks me to make him a jam roly poly (No!) and/or a steamed steak&kidney pudding from scratch (also No!).
My lovely late MIL made the best steamed pudding ever. I cannot compete. Even after 22yrs, we still miss her....and her wonderful roast beef dinners, mixed grills and steamed puddings. All best quality meats. All cooked to perfection, old-school fashion.
Not sure us two should get back into suet puddings et al....we'll keep taking the Statins instead!😂
Haven't got a pressure cooker buy was my dear ol' mum's fav. bit of kit, and one sister swears by hers. But I have made him one of these pudds in the microwave out of desperation to shut him up!
Although anaemic-looking, they're really nice and light. And quick!
This looks lovely. Also liking someone's suggestion of breaking up a chocolate bar at the bottom too 😋
