- Sharon decided to cook a warming Beef Stew (Casserole) in the Cosori Pressure cooker amzn.to/3OLxGzK with turnips, swede, carrots and onion. We added Maggi Seasoning amzn.to/3u8lRNP salt and pepper and cooked it on high pressure for 25 minutes. We thickened up the stew with a tablespoon of Arrowroot powder amzn.to/3u8rj3k in half a glass of water and added it into the stew to thicken up the gravy.
Hope you enjoy.

I am sure baby frank has. Radar on him for your food Sharon, he always knows when it’s ready bless him.xx
We love watching you guys! Keep doing what you do from Sally, Lyn and Morgan in Norfolk ❤
My grandaughter passed as i was watching the video and says, "that looks banging"! So, at her request thats what we're having for tea tonight. 😊
If you want to get rid of the sugar, instead of using baked beans, try using a combination of split red lentils, pearl barley, and yellow split peas, or even add butter beans. I find if I cook my stew long enough, that the red split lentils disintegrate and help thicken up the stew, all you need is a thin layer of each in the bottom of your pot.
Just done a bucket full of this for the next couple of days- cracking refresher- thank you!!
That looks awesome i love beef stew i do mine in the slow cooker spot on Martin and Sharon 👍👍👍👍

Had to laugh when Sharon says " Oh it's hard work in this kitchen, can't take all this cooking lark" as she presses start and walks away. You're obviously a big fan of pressure cooking one pot meals, Sharon and that looks delicious. Thanks for sharing x

got a chicken frame and some saved bones in the slow cooker - onion skins and bits-couple of carrots and leftover fresh parsley will leave it low til tomorrow - then strain and leave to clear ( will sort out remains to feed dogs and cats ) then add rinsed barley and fresh veg leave to stew then serve
with crusty bread and butter - would swop for a bowl of Sharons tho' xxx
Cant beat a lovely hot stew on a cold day .spot on ❤
Love these meals. We had the same meals each week as a child.
Mondays was beef stew with leftover beef from Sundays roast. It was my favourite meal day.
All our veg was from our garden or allotment. Meat from the butcher on the high street.
Im sure you’re educating thousands of young people who haven’t a clue about English cooking ❤️
I agree on educating, but Nandos is probably packed right now.🙄 I grew up in 70s and 80s, so I think I know the timeframe you mean.
@@realreviews4017 Exactly ,we very quickly learned how to cook a meal ,I was 8 years and cooking Sunday roast all the trimmings with my older sister .Roast potatoes in a giant tin of hot oil ,can't imagine it now.
Yep Mondays we had beef stew or Irish stew if we'd had lamb on the Sunday or chicken casserole. I used to love my mum's chicken & veg soup done in the old pressure cooker because it was the biggest pan so she could make more & do us a few meals with homemade bread😋 The soup was always peppery & had loads of veg in it. Great when it was snowing & we just got in from school. She'd have already warmed up & we'd have that whilst she got out dinner ready😂😂 I think my mum lived in the kitchen because she was always cooking & baking & it used to take all day to do the washing with the old washing machines😂😂
Looks amazing Sharon well done i bet your lovely family enjoyed it all xxx ❤❤❤❤
Another yummy one Guys! ❤❤
I do love a good rich Stew, that looked so delicious ❤
Looks good, Sharon, I must try it with bake beans.
Personally, Ilike to pop the dumplings in once all the pressure has been released and the power off for 25 minutes. The heat of the pot does the job just fine. And it's cooled down enough to demolish😊
Hi Martin and Sharon, also your lovely family . The stew looks delicious my mouth was salivating and my stomach rumbling 😢😭
Just found your channel and learning so much. Love Merlin and Barney we've always adopted rescue dogs until our last Freddie Labrador puppy. Wondered why Merlin doesn't go walking but have only seen a few so may have missed him. Cracked us both up when you lit the fire and the aerosol exploded. Played it on repeat.😂😂😂
Hey Sharon & Martin 👋 made the exact same yesterday in slow cooker and with my maggie (use in almost everything) Bon appetite 👌😘
Hi Sharon n Martin I made a rice pudding in the pressure cooker the same one has yours again I ordered one .never had a beef stew done so quick.the rice pudding was lovely. Thanks again for sharing .
Come on Sharon please another Martin cooking outside 😀

Mmm that looks lush . Thanks both . Xx
Hi this looks delightful yum .thank you .💋💋
I have a PKP that I use for stews. I have also done lamb and chicken. All turn out lovely and I freeze my left over stew. Yummy. I do not brown my meats either, basically because I am lazy lol. Each to their own.
Ooooooh lovely, I'll be making this at the weekend 😍
Yet again another great meal looks absolutely delicious
Thank you 😋
Hi guys. I loved this "taste sensation" video. Loving the family vibe as a lot of my family are in the UK and I am in NI. Deffo gonna be making that. Just ordered the Arrowroot off Amazon too. Much Love as always xx

Hello Sharron and Martin and family x
What a beautiful family sharon and Martin, you are both so blessed. Lovely grub tonight too😀👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 can see ya weight loss shaz, well done girl.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
My mom added peas to the stew and for next day leftovers she added wide egg noodles. I still don't like peas but I do like the noodles. Your's looks amazing. I love my ninja foodi pressure cooker. You should try a beef stroganoff.. same time in the pressure cooker.
Oh baby Frank ❤❤❤
Lovley stew no u of carbs but nice pototoes in as well.u both looking great thanks . from karen s. 😊
nice meail keep up the good vids thanks lee
I love my pressure cooker did beef in ale stew then cooked a big peice of brisket in 40 mins last weekend all was cooked to perfection.x
Hi, can I ask what setting you did your brisket on please and how long for x
Got myself Ninja dual xx
Brilliant thanks. Full metal jacket 👌
look really good 👍
Not had a pressure cooker for ages, but cooking for 30 minutes rather than the 5-6 hours the slow cooker takes is a no brainer. That stew looked good. I always add a little Soy Sauce as well
Looks amazing guys, you've put me in the mood to get the Instant Pot out up here in Ayr and make a big pot of Stovies
Looks lovely , gonna make this at the weekend , luv ure vlogs , carry on , thankyou , so happy I found u ❤
Thank you so much 😊
That looks delicious!
Could you swap the baked beans for just a tin of plain haricot beans (naked baked beans so even less sugar)
Really does look like a lovely filling meal.
Great vlog as usual, thank you! 😊😊
Yes you can. I sometimes put red lentils & pearl barley in mine. The lentils tend to melt away & the barley thickens it as it swells with all the juices. You can put in what you want really within reason though😂
Eating out wl cost martin a fortune in jumpers for Sharon 🔥
Mmm I could almost smell that. My mum would often do stew, 7 kids 4 adults. It was cheap then and we mostly had breast of lamb stew with dumplings. Great memories prompted by your video. But sadly we never had enough for seconds.
Hi Martin and Sharon, i did the same for tea except i used lamb. It cooked lovely and i didn't seal the meat. I think Merlin was expecting a treat
Sounds great!
Yeah 😅😅😅😅 it looks like a taste sensation there Martin😋😋😋😋😋😋
Thank you once again Folks. ❤
