Great, helpful video. My mum traumatised us in the 70s with pressure cooking, despite the results of the delicious food. She used to vanish behind a vicious steam burst and knock the valve off as it jumped all over the place! 😮 It looks safer now , so thanks and I might brave a go! ❤ x

This is awesome, being using it for 3 weeks now, and binned my slow cooker and pressure cooker. This is so much easier and far quicker, love the timer and being able to set it to start before you get home, and dinner is ready as you walk through the door. Curry/Stew comes out perfect. Vegetables are done so quick and cooked to perfection. Once again thanks to you both, otherwise i wouldn't have probably known this even existed. Keep up the great content guys!

Sharon - Cooks Everywhere - have a glass of iced water to hand before you test your cooking - if it is too HOT, take a quick gulp & ease the burn & pain - keep some ice in your mouth. This is why my Dad can barely eat a thing now or swallow, from burning his throat - so honestly, it IS better to be safe than sorry & you'd be setting a good example, instead of grinning & burning it!
I love these reviews, as we have been thinking about getting a PC but didn't know which would be best for us, they've always scared me! I think this would be great - I reckon I could use it & turn out a good meal (I can't stand at the stove & cook as I used to do!) I wonder if I can get a good price down here in Australia... I like the idea of being able to sauté goodies 1st, then add everything else - I reckon you could do a good curry or what about steamed pud - spotty dick or Xmas pud??? Happy daze, indeed - have a good one!

Hi guys, I love you two, you always explain everything so that things don't sound complicated. I had a pressure cooker in 1982 for a wedding present and ended up with stew on the ceiling. Never used it again after that. The Cosori sounds a lot safer thank goodness. Please can we have lots more recipe ideas for good old fashioned basic cooking, especially as winter is coming on nothing like a hearty stew or casserole to nourish and fill you up. Thanks for sharing just treated myself to one of these on your recommendation, hope I don't end up with stew on the ceiling again, ha ha. Lots of love from Dot xxx.

Much prefer the Ninja pressure cooker all in one with the air fryer lid attatched. I do wish someone would combine all the wonderful features of all the different machines and brands into one machine. I watched your demo of the Chefree air fryer and loved the lights and windows. Then your Cosori with the 2 elements is great cause no flipping needed. Love the 2 drawer Ninja but would like to be able to combine into 1 big drawer to hold round cake tins. But i really use the pressure cooker often. Seems like every few months a new machine comes out with really great new bells and whistles. I would pay alot to be able to have a machine that incorporates it all. Can't really justify buying a new machine when i already have perfectly working older models, but if there was one with all the new features available i might consider donating/selling the old ones to upgrade. Thanks for the reviews. You 2 are so fun to watch.

@@rosipage1606 What model do you have? Mine is the Duo Evo Plus 10-in-1, 5.7L, and I can't say I've ever had an issue with slow cooking or any aspect really once I've got used to the times, temperatures and pressures. Depends what you are cooking I guess, but the sheer versatility of these devices make it an essential alongside my air fryer. RIP oven!

That thing as you call it is a pressure gauge pin, which when fully up means that the pressure cooker is at optomal pressure, and the pin blocks the hole to stop steam from escaping.

Hello my name is Billy & with my partner Jean & our border collie dog Bru from Ayrshire in Scotland we just started watching your channel for around 1 month now. We love it . Keep up the great work Martin & Sharon never mind those horrible trolls . Anyway just popping by just to say we have just decided to purchase the Cosori 5.7 litre Pressure Cooker with the 15% discount off it from Amazon. We have the Cosori Dual Blaze Air Fryer which we really love and a Ultenic K20 dual sync air fryer so cooking 🧑‍🍳 in our kitchen has become a lot easier and more of a pleasure than an ordeal. We are simply eating more healthier foods than expensive horrible takeaways and saving on the electricity bills as well as reducing cooking times. We love your videos at home cooking and been watching your holiday vlogs too . Thanks ever so much.

I got the Cosori Dual airfryer after watching one of your videos last year. Our house loves it. After watching this review, I've ordered this Cosori pressure cooker. Great price and if it is fab like their airfryer, I'll be over the moon. Any chance Sharon could do a few more recipes in it as I've never pressure cooked anything before! Will try this Campfire stew when it arrives tomorrow but any recipe ideas for chicken? PS, just popping to Martin and Sharon's for clotted cream. That's what I call that shop now. 😂

Hi! I've finally bought the cosori pressure cooker! Haven't used it yet. I don't understand how to get the lid drip catcher thing attached to the cosori - maybe its just my age! I'm in my 70s....it just escapes me how to do it! Anyway, I know you're very busy so I won't expect a reply too soon. Hope all OK with you both now. Please do more in the cosori - I'll try all your recipes in mine! Thank you 🙎

Hey there both, having now received my lovely, impressive, Cosori pressure cooker, I trawled the internet and RUclips for recipes, specifically for this piece of equipment, and found just a handful. Sooo, I reckon you’d be on to something if you start doing a whole bunch of meals with full instructions on the functions needed at each stage. For example, plain, simple rice, or porridge.
    Mixed been casserole
    Sausage casserole
    Beef stroganoff
    Goulash
    Chicken fricassee
    Gammon joint
    Spag Bol
    Chilli
    Curry
    Etc etc etc
There are sooo many versatile functions but no real direction for use.
    Thanks, my lovelies 🥰🥰🥰
