Wonderful Tom Springfield song, sung beautifully by Judith. Lovely sympathetic arrangement. It doesnt get much better than that!

@wasslic Thank you again. I watched "When Starlight Fades." It's brief but beautiful. I am astounded by Judith's depth and range of talent. I can't wait to see her and the boys with Andre Rieu in May!

Judith was the most beautiful woman singer ever. This scene displays her beautiful smile as perhaps no other available in the net.

Judith thought she was in the running to record this song in 1968 but Springfield gave it to Feliciano.

I understand that The Seekers turned it down, due to Judith's desire not record foreign songs. Sadly that seems odd due to this video.

I had never this song until 6/2/21. I loved Judith's performance but decided to listen to Jose Feliciano. Judith beats him hands down.

Feliciano had the US behind him. What a shame Judith missed out.
