iPhone 11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working

- Hi everyone, I'm Leonardo, an Apple device repair expert. Today I have faced a recurring problem that many iPhone 11 users experience: a device without WiFi or Bluetooth. Throughout my career, I have found this problem to be quite common, and it can be a huge inconvenience for users, drastically limiting the functionality of the device.

I began my diagnostic and repair process as usual, inspecting the device and confirming the customer's complaint: WiFi and Bluetooth on the iPhone 11 were, in fact, not turning on. The solution to this problem involved disassembling the device to access the motherboard, a delicate process that requires precision and expert care. Using a special Apple screwdriver, I removed the screws on the chassis and used a heat gun to heat the display frame to loosen the adhesive.

After disconnecting the display flex cables and removing the last few screws, I had the iPhone 11 motherboard in my hands. This is where the core of the problem lies. The latest iPhone models, such as the iPhone 11, have "sandwich" type motherboards, attached to each other with small spheres of tin. Separating these two plates requires the use of a special machine and a temperature of 230ºC. Once the plates were separated, I cooled them down and verified that all the pads were in place.
The next step was to clean both plates with a contact cleaner. I recommend using isopropyl alcohol if you don't have a good contact cleaner. Then I used a tool from Quainli to "flip" the motherboard. This process involves heating the base plate so that the tin spheres solidify. Finally, I bonded the bottom and top layers of the base plate, again at a temperature of 230ºC.
With the motherboard back intact, I reassembled the iPhone 11 and got ready to test it. And yes, indeed, the device's WiFi and Bluetooth were working perfectly. This is the satisfaction of a job well done: turning an iPhone 11 without WiFi into a fully functional device.

Muchas gracias Leonardo por compartir tu gran trabajo de todos los videos que he visto de este tipo de reparación este tuyo es el que mejor a quedado Ya que no hubo que recurrir a la estación de calor para formar las bolas de estaño, pero quiero saber que temperatura usaste para crear las bolas de estaño? Imagino que el estaño debe de ser de 183 entonces con 200 y algo deben fundirse pienso yo.
230 grados Celsius que es una temperatura muy cercana a la 180. Un saludo!

Hola Carlos, más de 100 dispositivos reparados el fallo es el mismo. Lo que pasa que por culpa de los golpes las bolitas se fracturan. Un saludo!
Mayormente los dispositivos Apple del x hasta el 14 sufren de esta falla Al tener una placa tipo sándwich y recibir golpes.
