Hey I have a quick question, once you've assembled the iPhone back together and turn it on did you get the Error messages about the battery and the screen?
I did a whole iphone 11 housing change and no error code popped up after I reassembled it; to anyone who had the same question.

Absolutely "spot-on" video.... Only thing that could have been better is if had been done a little more slowly.. I had to open and replace the main microphone board in my friend's phone and this was "EXCELLENT" thank you very much ;-)
It’s difficult to DIY repair newer iPhones these days because almost everything is paired to that specific iPhone

pero en la tapa te quedaron unos flex y no los quitaste, entonces si yo tengo una nueva tapa que viene sola como le pongo esos, no dijiste como quitarlos, los que quedaron cerca de la camara
That lcd dint damage if u put out lcd ribbon before battery ribbon?
Followed this guide to fix my battery thank you ! Now I have no working microphone during calls nor bottom speaker working any ideas ? Took everything apart and made sure everything was plugged in and still nothing
You damaged the flex cable
@@nixonscherbarth1974 is that the cable that’s glued to the frame of the phone . Was gonna he new housing with pre installed items . Must have damage something other than the battery when trying to pick out the back glass 🤦♂️

if the new housing had a NON ORIGINAL charging port, that is why it reboots. Rebuilt a few of these.

I hope you will be able to help me please? So what happened was my iPhone 11 got thrown and smashed really bad to where the front and back screens are cracked/broken and frame broke as well. So i ordered me new lcd on amazon as well as new back glass. Upon opening the iphone i noticed the battery was bulking and when i pressed on it i can feel juice or liquid. And then i couldnt remove the cracked glass on the back of original one.
Then i looked on ebay and saw someone selling iphone 11 back housing only WITHOUT motherboard and I decided to buy it and figure i can just add what ever components that was missing on the back housing.
And when i got it in the mail, i put the motherboard on and connected all connectors. Then i went to charge and it wouldnt charge at all and no red battery screen shows either it is just black screen.
Do you know what i did wrong? I also tried putting my original tactic engine on… not sure if that helps but still it didnt charge.
So now i am left with a new lcd, new back glass, and used back housing with missing components.
Please can you kindly advice me? Can you tell me how i can test what components that isnt working? Or what ever you think can be possibility of what i did wrong or what can be wrong?

I see what ya did there @16:34. For a while I was like what the heck? am I missing a screw? The housing I had I needed to transfer a few more parts. Thanks for getting me this far. This would be a 8 out of 10 for difficulty.
I went through ifixits affiliate link and it wasn't even the right part i was like what the hell. So now idk whether i just keep the rear glass and try to use the old back housing or switch to a new one. its just slightly bent

I followed your video. The iPhone volume, and dnd doesn’t work anymore. It doesn’t discover Wi-Fi, I have to type in my address and connect. And doesn’t discover Bluetooth devices

I have one question too you
I recently replaced the entire body of my iPhone. Before I pressed the screen on the latches, I checked if all functions work. all functions worked so I pressed the screen and tightened the last 2 screws. after screwing the screen face ID stopped working properly. So I unscrewed the screen and looked inside again, checked the face id again, it started working properly so I pressed the screen into the latches again and screwed it. Unfortunately, the problem returned immediately. I don't know what the problem is, the screen puts some pressure on the face ID tape or is the problem elsewhere?

Probably some Shortage on the motherboard or some component that you damaged, check again if you assembled it correctly

You forget to connect the wireless charging cable to the motherboard. I do same in the video. now no wireless charging for me till i open phone again ((
