10 MIN: FAT BURNING Kettlebell Workout (Follow Along)

- FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest. One round has 6 exercises in, once the 6 are done you get a 1.30 seconds rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 10 minute workout.
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

Post menopausal and my fitness has been neglected. Used to be a trainer so there is a massive butt load of shame about letting things get this far.
I used this workout as the first step to get back at it again. Good music, just enough instruction, great timing and i loved having the example set for hydration vs "if you need a drink grab some water ".
Will be using this again for motivation to just get it done.

Very nice workout. Would love you to shout out the moves beforehand so watching the video isn't mandatory. Would be nice for those of us using phones, and for the visually impaired as well.

How heavy was your KB?
Kettlebell looked quite light? Is the focus here conditioning rather than muscle building or strength? There’s lots of positivity around Kettlebell training but it seems like it’s more of a conditioning tool than anything else?
Weight doesn’t always need to be a super challenge weight. Movement is king 👑 the kettlebell was 12kg - which is perfect for me to get a great 10 minute session in without destroying myself in the meantime 🤌🏻
@@OliMccann I suppose there’s also the dynamic element with kettlebells? Some literature indicates forces of 1.5-2KN (150-200kg) are being resisted when changing the direction of a 16kg kettlebell. It still feels more like conditioning when you’re doing it. I guess though that a lot of muscles are being activated on each rep (swing, clean or snatch). Thanks for the reply!

You delete comments you don't like? Wasn't anything objectionable...just stated I didn't think the workout was intense enough to actually do anything for anyone. Even a novice would barely get winded with this workout. If your viewers want to look like you, this video won't get them there.
Maybe you are too fit for this. I know for a fact this can get some people agitated.
Trust the process. Quick, easy, & efficent. Could even be used as a warm up. If its too easy for you. I have followed other fitness coaches and they all start with this. Because these are the kettlebell training .
Techniques
Deleting shitposts is good, actually.
Not true. This workout got my HR up there. It’s the perfect balance. All of his videos are great. Gets right to the workout and keeps the talking brief. Others are to windy.. the music keeps it upbeat and engaged. This is how workout videos should be created from start to finish.
