      Which weight is KB? Just curious.... Just did it there with 16kg but reckon ill do it with 20kg next....That was a very quick workout but yeah heart rate very fast afterwards afterwards.... Going to try do this a few times per week... Thank you

    Burpees have been the cornerstone of my workouts for years, but lately been having trouble with my elbow so I've been using goblet squats as a replacement. Can't wait to give this a shot!

      I am doing 5 rounds of 10 kettlebell swing, 10 burpees and 10 wall balls with a 30lbs ball, a little trip to hell but really amazing feeling after finish it

      I have been following Coach for 2 years and have worked my way up from (2) 16Kg to (2) 23Kg. Goal is every swing and lift is fundamentally correct. Very excited to get after it!

      @@michaelbattle7477 I’ve been there , started with a 24kg as a newbie and had to go down to 16KG for awhile , now I’m swinging a 32KG.
      Gradual and steady growth is the most important thing

    Sustained Zone 2 cardio and a caloric deficit is a scientifically proven way to decrease your body mass index. For most people this would be a HIIT routine. Good for increasing overall athletic ability but not great for fat loss. Observing how he was breathing at the end of the workout I'd say this routine is about zone 4 for someone with his level of fitness.

    Chandler, for a home gym i have a single 32 kg kb. I want to get more. Would you advise buying a second 32...or buy a pair of lower weights say 24kgs or 2 more single kbs of different weights...ie 24kg and 28kg?

      I'd argue this is a great way for them to build a lot of work capacity, size, and density. It in conjunction with starting to work with the main barbell movements is a great option for teenagers...

    The ENTIRE video was FIVE minutes. My dude narrated for what ? 2 minutes ? The entire workout was 3 minutes with a 50 or 60 KB. That $#!T was a very efficient KILLA workout.

      high volume with them IN CONJUNCTION WITH a fat-loss specific diet makes a big difference. What did the sets you did with them look like? What about your diet?
