What I like about you sir, is that you are a part of a small group of trainers that really look human, you like this work and you get this, its not very shredded, its fair and can be done. Thank you!
Thank you for these short and sweet kettlebell workouts! I really enjoy this type of training and it’s so effective when on a tight time schedule as you mentioned. Love your channel, coach🙏
Which weight is KB? Just curious.... Just did it there with 16kg but reckon ill do it with 20kg next....That was a very quick workout but yeah heart rate very fast afterwards afterwards.... Going to try do this a few times per week... Thank you
Burpees have been the cornerstone of my workouts for years, but lately been having trouble with my elbow so I've been using goblet squats as a replacement. Can't wait to give this a shot!
I am doing 5 rounds of 10 kettlebell swing, 10 burpees and 10 wall balls with a 30lbs ball, a little trip to hell but really amazing feeling after finish it
I have been following Coach for 2 years and have worked my way up from (2) 16Kg to (2) 23Kg. Goal is every swing and lift is fundamentally correct. Very excited to get after it!
@@michaelbattle7477 Great ! I thought that you were a newbie who wants to start with a 28kg KB and wanted to advice you against it. But since you’re experienced good luck
@@michaelbattle7477 I’ve been there , started with a 24kg as a newbie and had to go down to 16KG for awhile , now I’m swinging a 32KG. Gradual and steady growth is the most important thing
Sustained Zone 2 cardio and a caloric deficit is a scientifically proven way to decrease your body mass index. For most people this would be a HIIT routine. Good for increasing overall athletic ability but not great for fat loss. Observing how he was breathing at the end of the workout I'd say this routine is about zone 4 for someone with his level of fitness.
Love your video Coach! After a year of recovering from a burn-out your workout video's really motivate me and giving back my mojo💪💪 Keep up the great work Coach👊👊
My favorite exercise is the Turkish Get-up. Is it a bad idea to incorporate it in a different by itself? Any advice from you or anyone else will be greatly appreciated.
Hey Coach how many sets of that circuit do you do in this workout just the one or as many as you can?thanks I love your content I travel for work so I bring at least one KB with me so I can do something. Hotel gyms Suck thanks again.
Chandler, for a home gym i have a single 32 kg kb. I want to get more. Would you advise buying a second 32...or buy a pair of lower weights say 24kgs or 2 more single kbs of different weights...ie 24kg and 28kg?
I'd argue this is a great way for them to build a lot of work capacity, size, and density. It in conjunction with starting to work with the main barbell movements is a great option for teenagers...
The ENTIRE video was FIVE minutes. My dude narrated for what ? 2 minutes ? The entire workout was 3 minutes with a 50 or 60 KB. That $#!T was a very efficient KILLA workout.
high volume with them IN CONJUNCTION WITH a fat-loss specific diet makes a big difference. What did the sets you did with them look like? What about your diet?

I love burpees myself, I’ve recently been investing in kettlebells and have not been disappointed
Pair it with the burpee and it is a magical thing
Brutal, but sounds killer.

#1 favorite is redundant. Sure would be nice if people think before they spit out a phrase.
Lucky for me, this platform is more about fitness and less about grammar.
Great video Chandler, just one question: who sings that song and what is it called?

How many sets do we do? I did 4 today with 2-3 minutes rest in between, it was MOTHERFUCKING BRUTAL.
Are these trainings also good for young ones (18 years old)
