To everyone....This is what keeps me awake at night. KNOWING people (not just our own) are going through the most terrible things due to man and decisions. Please take time to reflect on the day and enjoy the sun/rain/snow whatever to get u thru. I pray for all not to go thru the struggle but it makes us who we are. I will stand for all who stand for themselves. You have an ally in GOD.

Such an immense talent. I'm still heartbroken at her tragic end, but all the could'ves and would'ves won't change a thing. So, I'll continue to celebrate her life and wonderful gift. As I'm watching this, I realize that she, David Brenner, and Billy Preston (on organ) are all gone. So glad we have time capsules like these to keep their memories alive.

The way this woman could sing! That raw emotion at the end of the song when she cries out "come back to me" reminds me of Marvin Gaye when he sang "Distant Lover".

There was such power in her voice...she could just hummmmm and it would be beautiful....What she had was a gift...Many have said it was drugs, it was this, and it was that....Well it was a whole lot of things most of all a very broken heart...I always thought she sang sad songs until I realized that she was going through hell in her life...and that came out in her music....she was baring her soul...The gift that God gave her is silent...like so many other God gifted and talented people who believe the lie....Gone too soon, not forgotten and missed by us all....

Watching this does make you think. I honestly do feel that she was expressing how she really felt during the performance. I dont think she was acting. It also feels a little strange watching the whole thing since her, David Brenner and Billy Preston is no longer here. They all are dead now but watching this does make you feel like they're still alive.
