I'd actually like it if more people would correct form. Even some trainers just don't care when they see new members working out with a form that's just waiting for a disc to pop or their shoulders to snap

@@WheelsRCool See Whey protein is made from cow milk. And nowadays cows are being injected by a lot of synthetic substances. Now those synthetic substances harm tje cows body including its milk.
So When it is organic it means that the cow has not been injected with any synthetic substances. The cow is grass fed and is healthy. Which also effects the milk it produces and obviously healthy whey will be coming from that cow.
It is basically one of the problems existing in the supplement industry which keeps us consumers worried.
So if a protein is organic it basically means that cow has not been injected with any synthetic substance.
