The Big Freeze of Winter 1962/63

The winter of 1962-1963 (also known as The Big Freeze of 1963). At that time was one of the coldest winters on record in the United Kingdom. This document, a colour cine film was shot and edited by the late Eric Alvin during the Big Freeze of 1963.

It is the music of Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 5 in C-Sharp Minor: IV. Adagietto (Sehr langsam), but I'm not sure which orchestra is playing this musical piece.
