Recently I’ve been trying to empty my pantry and fridges so I haven’t been going grocery shopping I’ve been looking for a gochujang sauce to add to my chicken and found out I don’t have some ingredients for it but yours has everything I need to have in my fridge. So thanks for the recipe

Can i use olive oil or sunflower oil instead of sesame oil?

What do I do if I don't have the gochujang sauce?
If you don't have gochujang sauce, you can just use gochujang. If you don't have gochujang either, you can add a little soy sauce, or if you prefer a bland taste, you can omit both. Thank you for the good question!

Can i make it in bulk amount and store in the fridge? If yes then how long it can be stored?
The gochujang sauce for bibimbap that I have made contains water, so it is recommended to consume it relatively quickly (within a week). If you want to make a larger amount of bibimbap sauce and store it for a longer period of time, it is better not to add water (without water, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks). Hope this works.
