    आदरणीय डॉक्टर साहब सप्रेम नमस्कार। आप का शुद्ध घी के विषय में वीडियो देखा अच्छा लगा। आपने आजकल के लोगों को सही संदेश दिया है आयुर्वेद तो सदा से ही मनुष्य को घी खाने के लाभ बताता है आज आपके वीडियो से भी लोगों को समझ में आएगा। आयुर्वेद में भी घी खाने का वही लाभ बताया जाता है जो कि आपने बताएं हैं। इस वीडियो से आजकल के उन डॉक्टर्स का भी भ्रम दूर हो जाएगा जो कहते हैं कि घी तेल बिल्कुल भी मनुष्य के लिए जरूरी नहीं है विशेष रूप से हृदय रोग विशेषज्ञो का। ऐसे ही जानकारी वाले वीडियो समाज के लिए उपयोगी होते हैं।।

    Mishra ji Namaskar. Ghee k bare aapke vichar sunkar maza aa gaya. 72 ki age mae Ghee dar dar kar bahut thoda hi khana shuru kar diya tha. Halan ke muje koi rog nahin ha and I am having quite a good health. Now I can use 1 or 2 tea spoon without any fear.Thank You Sir.

    Simple concept,
    In ghee Monounsaturated fat is high amount which are the types of Saturated fat. In Monounsaturated fat have HDL amout, HDL means high density lipoprotein which are known as "good cholesterol" to give heathy heart, and in Monounsaturated no chance of any obesity complications. While in sunflower oil refine oil have LDL which are bad cholesterol.
    I hope you all know about concept about ghee !

    Sir very good guidance all physician advising not cosume ghee because of that cholesterol level and body wt increasing but in ancient days our father grandfather and before that generation there is history they were consuming good proportion ghee and they were not effecting blood pressure or heart attack and they living life 100 + years they were not knowing any allopathic medicine their life was very helthy they were getting all organic food so their life style was very helthy at the age of 80 to 90 they were working hard but now a days at the age of 30 to 40 in young age in some cases getting cardiac problem sugar problem the reason behind that wrong nutrition food consuming and all food inorganic chemical used crop whic effect human body organs actually people should consume nature produce vage foods which improves life human god has given so many fruits vegetable grains for consuming to human but peoples behaving in opposite direction and consuming un natural food

      वैसे तो घी का smoke point बहुत ज्यादा होता है जो घी को valuable बनाता है आग पर पकने पर (ट्रांसफैट नहीं बनता जो tri ग्लीसराइड बढ़ाता है)फिर भी आप छाछ से निकला मक्खन या लोनी घी थोड़ी मात्रा में जरूर ले सकते है bypas या सर्जरी वाले

    कम मात्रा में घी रोटी में लगा कर खाने से Gluten Sensitivity कम हो जाती है, peristalsis अच्छी तरह होती है और भोजन जल्दी पचता है।मैंने गुजरात और महाराष्ट्र में देखा है कि औरते आटा गूंधने के समय सूखे आटे में थोड़ा सा घी या खाने वाला तेल मिला देती हैं फिर पानी डाल कर आटा गुंधती हैं।

    अब ये बताइए कि घी के नही खाने से भी हमारे शरीर में जो फैट है वो काफी नही है क्या इन सब के लिए ?

      @@hanumansoni1757 I agree,,,, अगर मेहनत वाला जीवन जिये तो सब कुछ ठीक रहता है। मेटाबोलिज्म एकदम सही, choelestrol की प्रॉब्लम फटकती भी नही।
      पर अति हर चीज की बुरी होती है। इसलिए लिमिटेड ही सही पर शुद्ध घी (गाय का )बहुत फायदे करता है।

      वैसे तो घी का smoke point बहुत ज्यादा होता है जो घी को valuable बनाता है आग पर पकने पर (ट्रांसफैट नहीं बनता जो tri ग्लीसराइड बढ़ाता है)फिर भी आप छाछ से निकला मक्खन या लोनी घी थोड़ी मात्रा में जरूर ले सकते है bypas या सर्जरी वाले

    Doctor Saab, you are always very helpful! But I think there may be a little misunderstanding here.
    I think it's that one can consume 10% of their daily caloric intake as saturated fat. E.g. a 2000 calorie daily diet can include 200 calorie worth of saturated fat. Which means about 22gram of saturated fat, as 1gm of fat has 9 calories.
    22gm X 9 = 198 calorie
    Then out of 22 gram of saturated fat quota, about 8 to 10 gram will come from daily yogurt or milk etc. So remaining 12 gram of saturated fat you can take from ghee. As fat in ghee is only about 70 percent of saturated fat, so that would amount to about 15 gram of daily ghee as safe and beneficial 🙏
