Simple concept, In ghee Monounsaturated fat is high amount which are the types of Saturated fat. In Monounsaturated fat have HDL amout, HDL means high density lipoprotein which are known as "good cholesterol" to give heathy heart, and in Monounsaturated no chance of any obesity complications. While in sunflower oil refine oil have LDL which are bad cholesterol. I hope you all know about concept about ghee !

Doctor Saab, you are always very helpful! But I think there may be a little misunderstanding here. I think it's that one can consume 10% of their daily caloric intake as saturated fat. E.g. a 2000 calorie daily diet can include 200 calorie worth of saturated fat. Which means about 22gram of saturated fat, as 1gm of fat has 9 calories. 22gm X 9 = 198 calorie Then out of 22 gram of saturated fat quota, about 8 to 10 gram will come from daily yogurt or milk etc. So remaining 12 gram of saturated fat you can take from ghee. As fat in ghee is only about 70 percent of saturated fat, so that would amount to about 15 gram of daily ghee as safe and beneficial 🙏

Doctor Saab, you are always very helpful! But I think there may be a little misunderstanding here.
I think it's that one can consume 10% of their daily caloric intake as saturated fat. E.g. a 2000 calorie daily diet can include 200 calorie worth of saturated fat. Which means about 22gram of saturated fat, as 1gm of fat has 9 calories.
22gm X 9 = 198 calorie
Then out of 22 gram of saturated fat quota, about 8 to 10 gram will come from daily yogurt or milk etc. So remaining 12 gram of saturated fat you can take from ghee. As fat in ghee is only about 70 percent of saturated fat, so that would amount to about 15 gram of daily ghee as safe and beneficial 🙏
