एक अक्टूबर सुबह खाली पेट शुगर 393 सिर्फ बाजरा खाने अब शुगर 135 है करीब 10 दिन शुगर बिना किसी दवाई के शुगर 220 हुई है इस न मोर्निंग वाक न कोई योग सिर्फ आज बाजरा ही खा रहा हूं उम्र 65 साल बाईपास सर्जरी 4 पुर्व कर चुका हूँ

सरजी हम गांवमे रहते है.और हमतो बचपन सेही बाजरेकी रोटी खाते आरहे है.हम मुश्किल्से साल में 8 से 10 बार गेहूं की रोटी खातेहै.और सर जो टेस्ट बाजरेकि रोटी में होता है बो किसी और रोटी में नही होता.इसके सात कोई भी सब्जी खाओ टेस्टी ही लगेगी❤😊
