    I am the lucky one who is writing the first comment....👍 I was avoiding ground nuts and worried about my weight gain if I eat, but now all my myths are cleared. I wish some more information on the fats (oils) in peanuts, whether they are good or bad for cholesterol would be highly appreciated, but it's very good information that you shared doctor.... thanks for your efforts.

    Dear Doctor Mishra..thanks for the video sir..i stopped eating walnuts and started eating just groundnuts since a year..but just handful means around 20 grams per day..I am 58 years old and have one stent in my heart since five years..i also eat one boiled egg...one banana...cucumber tomato onion salad...brown rice..fish curry or fry (i fry at home with 10 ml of coconut oil) and vegetables..for breakfast i take either idli, dosa, upuma and chapathis...i feel fit and energetic..i eat meat once in a week..either chicken, mutton , pork or beef...all the sayings that heart patients cannot eat this and that is not true..key is moderation ...plus exercise..i walk everyday for half an hour..do yoga breathing and also bodyweight strenght exercises like push ups, squats etc...let me know your opinion about my diet and life style doctor..should i make any changes? i live on sea shore of Karnataka...a place called Mangalore.

    Sir very nice explanation about peanut so many people had doubt about wt gaining by cosuming peanut for general people it is one type of BADAM in ention time our father grand father daily they were consuming in good proportion of peanut along with jaggery they had not at all any cardiac problem they were life 90 yrs to 100 yrs they were doing hard work up to age 80 to 90 yrs that time no body was consuming any medicines also for any type illness
