  • Hi everyone! I have been trying to grazing method dieting for weight loss recently and I really see the changes in my body. I have lost 6lbs of water weight so far! The grazing method of dieting involves eating small portions of food throughout the day every 2-3 hours so you never reach the point of feeling hungry. I fill up my lunch box and eat throughout the day at work. Once I get home I have a small snack and call it a day.
